Fantastic service received at our workplace. Inspection of the system made, recommendations made and quote provided in a very efficient manner. Staff are friendly, polite and a real credit to the company. They worked around our staff in busy offices causing little disruption. Work was of a high standard and after they left you would have never known they had been. Many thanks for a great job.

Just a quick thank you to CS Boxall’s for their prompt response in identifying that a replacement fan was required for our noisy gas boiler.

Shower Installation: CS Boxall Transformed our faulty accessible shower into a lovely modern shower installation. I can’t recommend highly enough they came to quote and actually listened to what we wanted, they made suggestions based on their extensive knowledge on the options available. The work was carried out to an exceptionally high standard and ahead of schedule the team were polite/punctual/tidy & knowledgable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I look forward to using them again for more work next year!

Excellent company, I always have them for the annual boiler service which is very reasonable but more importantly they always assist with a problem. No hot water or heating last night, I left a voicemail and the engineer called at 8.15am and arrived at 10am, fault found and fixed. First time using CS Boxall. When I phoned, the office staff were so friendly and ready to help. They got me booked in quickly. When the engineer attend he was very polite and helpful and sorted the problem out. Would definitely recommend, a fabulous service.

From start to finish there has been excellent customer service and a smooth process, between the office organising the first visit for a quote, to them completing the job of fitting a new oil tank and new external oil boiler, this has been a stress-free, smooth process. I don't say this lightly after 10 months of having experienced a number of tradesman coming here to do various jobs for an extension we have had done. It has truly been a breath of fresh air to have C. S Boxhall come in and be professional, polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone (have already recommended them to friends and family) and we will be getting them back again ASAP to do some other heating and plumbing jobs we need done.
