We had a very bad issue with vibrating taps and pipes in our house. Was quite challenging too due to the property being old, but Joe did a really brilliant job detecting what was causing it and fixing all in short time too!

I had a leak coming from the boiler, I contacted Joe at Casburn Plumbing and Heating by text. Joe contacted me very promptly and gave me an idea what was wrong. He gave me a quote and fit us in to carry out the repair, he was professional and friendly and was very reasonable with the quote. I would definitely recommend Joe and will have no hesitation using his services in the future.

Joe replaced our old conventional heating system for a new combi boiler. Can't fault the service from start to finish. Joe couldn't be more helpful, respectful and professional. We're really happy with the work carried out and will be a loyal customer going forward.

I contacted Casburn plumbing and heating on 16th December regarding my broken down boiler. Casburn responded to my message straight away and organised to come and look at my boiler the same day. The broken down boiler was very old and needed replacing. Casburn plumbing and heating put in a new combi boiler for me a few days later. Seamless install, very professional and would definitely recommend to others. 5 star service. Well done.

Just had my boiler replaced by Rav and I can't recommend Casburn highly enough. I live in an old miners terrace house with more issues than you could shake a stick at but Rav was brilliant, dealt with all the issues while being professional and friendly. I will certainly be getting these guys back for the annual service and next time someone asks if I know a good plumber I'll be sending them this way. Just brilliant!
