We had Gareth from Multi-heat services carryout a full system upgrade last year including all pipe work and new boiler and radiators. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard and the engineers were polite helpful and professional they couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy with the works. One year later we were contacted for our annual service to keep our warranty up to date and make sure all was ok.

Gareth and his excellent team have frequently been life savers for us. Over many years, they have provided us with unparalleled service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. It doesn’t matter when we contact them, one of their team will be with us in a very short time. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Same day response to our call. Engineer worked thoroughly to diagnose and fix the problem even though it was late on a Friday evening. He made sure we had heat and hot water for the weekend. Multi heat ordered the parts identified and the engineer fitted them yesterday (Tuesday). We appreciated the engineer wore a mask the whole time. We shall call on this company again to service our boiler in a year’s time.

My boiler went pop the Saturday before Christmas. I called Multi-Heat on Sunday, Jamie came out on Monday morning and investigated the issue. I then spoke to Gareth, where he clearly gave me my options with a view to repairs or replacement. The boiler was replaced on the Wednesday.

I have been using Gareth and his team for about 7 years. They are not only professional and technically good at what they do but equally they are responsive and react to your calls or messages instantly not matter when or what time of day. All of them are friendly and genuinely a nice bunch to deal with - highly recommend.

Called as I had a gas leak, they were out that evening trying to source the leak. The lads who came round were pleasant and polite and nothing was too much trouble. They returned the following day to complete the job. Excellent company excellent customer service would 100% recommend them
