Billy was great! He contacted me from a form I filled out, when no one else was willing to come, and he was here the next day and within the time frame he gave. He finished the job lickety split, was super efficient and saved me from freezing. His pricing was super reasonable and he was also a really nice guy. Would definitely recommend. (In fact, he just left and I already texted him about another job I need. :)

Craig and his team are absolutely brilliant! First of all I was able to trust Craig to pop into the house each day without me there and just crack on with the gas installation in the property. This was a full install since we only had electric heaters in the house, and he was incredibly efficient, has great attention to detail and is an incredibly skilled plumber, I couldn't have asked for more really!

He called me whenever he had a query about the house so I knew he wasn't going to do anything without running it by me first, he put my mind at ease very quickly. I'll definitely be asking him back for when we need to give our bathroom a make over! Thank you so much Craig.

Craig's response to our boiler failure was fabulous. He responded to a call out on the same day and a new boiler was fitted within a couple of days. Very likeable and professional attitude and also excellent value for money. Very happy to recommend his services to anyone needing heating and plumbing work.

My new boiler has been in for just over a month now and its great. Very quiet and economical compared to the old boiler. Craig & team were polite & efficient. Had old boiler removed and taken away and new Ideal fitted. Good job done, also had some thermostat valves fitted. Good job all round.

Craig & team very polite & professional. Decommissioned gravity fed old boiler. Emptied tank in loft, removed hot water tank replaced with a new combi boiler. Moved old boiler from kitchen into airing cupboard giving us more space. Turned up on the day they said they would for 2 day job. Very pleased so far on a neat tidy job. Would recommend them & will use again whenever we need plumber or heating engineer.

Great company , quite expensive , there again the part was 🤔 done in no time ... u get what u pay for very reliable !!!!
