Mark was informed of job early Sunday morning, arrived Monday to inspect and Identify fault and all fixed and repaired within 24 hours. Excellent service and highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely use again.

I had a fault on my boiler and after discussing with Mark he kindly went through what needed to be done after looking at the photos which I sent to him, as from the comments I had made, he said it was likely that a valve had been left open, which was the case. However, he did offer to visit, if turning of the valve did not rectify the fault. He was extremely helpful and I could not thank him enough as it was quite stressful at the time. I would 100% use his service again.
