So glad we found this firm. Having moved into our new house, we’ve needed work on plumbing, the WC, the boiler and a gas fire. We’ve also had an emergency call out. Each time we’ve been extremely impressed with the standard of work, the knowledge & politeness of staff (both on the phone & in the home) and all done at a very reasonable price. The gas fire service engineer not only did that job but ensured we were aware of other potential related issues and even advised on the best apps for comparing gas tariffs! Highly recommended!

Have recently had a new boiler fitted by TSL and they were professional, great value and the boiler is fantastic quality. Their staff were friendly and efficient from start to finish. Definitely recommend them highly and will use again for any plumbing needs.

Needed to replace my old gas fire with an electric fire for the winter. Was thinking I would need a Gas safe engineer to cap off the gas, electrical engineer to install the fire and a bricklayer to block up the flue outside. Was then thinking I would need to co-ordinate this to ensure this would all be done at the same time! I was recommended TSL who could do all this for me and save me all the hassle. Darren turned up to survey what I needed and advised me the size of the fire I need to purchase prior to their arrival. I was happy with the quote, TSL provided the date and it was such a smooth professional installation I couldn’t have been happier. The engineers attended to remove the old fire. Dust sheets laid prior, temporary blocked off fire whilst the brickys matched up all the bricks. What a great job they did! They then cleaned up all the mess in the fire place, installed new fire and then wiped down the floor afterwards. New fire looks amazing. These are now my go to company. Such a professional and friendly company. Great job and Thank you.

Did a wetroom for my partner they did a excellent job the work was very professional and very friendly and always clean would recommend.

Used this company for the first time as they were "Which" recommended. Appointment set up within 2 days, for a replacement kitchen monobloc tap and repair to a slow filling toilet cistern. Plumber Jake was a nice guy worked efficiently and left no mess. Will be using them in the future for boiler and gas fire annual servicing.

Received my reminder letter about my boiler service and then a follow up phone call (its been so busy teaching online in lockdown!). I was able to book my service on a convenient day the following week.
The engineer called 10 mins prior to arrival so we could open the windows and clear the area. The service was carried out securely with the engineer wearing a mask. Paperwork was signed in a socially distanced manner and I called the office to pay over the phone. I received my receipt immediately by email.
I will definitely use this company again.
