Very good service from them and very reasonable prices.

Another great visit from the Heatshine engineers. We have used them since moving into the house four years ago. They fixed our weird and convoluted central heating system, installed a new boiler and oil tank - and since then have sorted everything from leaking taps to servicing our ancient and somewhat recalcitrant Rayburn.
Right from their first call-out, they turn up and do a great job, so we continue to use them. They are professional and reliable - and when we have an emergency, they will shuffle things around to make sure that an engineer can come over and make sure we have hot water or the leaking toilet is fixed. Recommended!

Heat shine engineer and trainee came to reinstate my very ancient Rayburn, which had been moved to the middle of the room for a total kitchen refit. But returned to the correct position by my builders. It just needed a new flue the water pipes reinstated and lit and checked it was running correctly. All in all 4 hours work. The older chap did everything and the assistant hung about. So imagine my shock when the bill was just over £800!! I was mortified I telephoned the office and the lady said she wouldn’t charge the vat if that would help, not good but a little better I thought, until I found out it would have been £960! These prices are akin to a top barrister! Never, never again.

This is a reliable company!!! from the friendly office staff to the professional engineers and happy with all the work they completed. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I have used Heatshine over a number of years for various installations, routine servicing and other repairs. The service they provide is exceptional. I highly recommend this company.

I rang Heatshine in Nov. of last year about a service for my Rayburn, and they were so busy I couldn't get the work done until January. I asked the price and the woman said the cost was £35 per hour.
The person who came to do the work was absolutely brilliant, and cleaned, serviced, and lit the Rayburn, and showed me how to light it and control the temperature. He was here a little under 2 hours, so I was expecting a bill for £70, the cost of a new wick and VAT, around £100 tops.
When I got the bill for £155 all in, I rang to query, and was told that the woman who gave me the original price was new and gave me the wrong price. I had no apology and no offer of anything off the 50% hike on the price, or even a conciliatory discount for the next service. Plus she spoke to me as if it was my fault I had the wrong price! Very disappointing.
