Very good experience with fitting a slimline tank and lpg boiler pressurised system. Very good communication prior to the job and met several additional requests I had. Very professional fitting, on time and as expected. High standard of installation. Had a minor issue getting the right tank on site but resolved quickly without fuss. Happy with the quoted price and final bill exactly as expected despite a small additional job included after quote. Very friendly service by all staff. Nothing seemed too much bother, friendly, professional and well priced. Exceeded my expectations, hence why I felt compelled to write the review.
Would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience.

I have previously worked as a heating engineer for 40 years before retiring so believe that I am well qualified to review this company ... From start to finish, the quality of work, knowledge & expertise of the guys and overall professionalism is excellent. I have now used Total Boilers for two separate breakdowns and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Phoned TB early on during the cv-19 crisis when everything was shut as my boiler was faulty. They were the only local company still attending emergency repairs. Not only were they helpful on the phone, but were able to attend within 4 hours of my call. Boiler fixed by a brilliant engineer, and didn't rip me off! Next boiler service definitely going to TB!

Excellent service from Rob again this year. Arrived on time and in this time of Covid wore a mask all the while and respected social distancing. Knew exactly what to do to service our boiler and hot water tank, which he completed efficiently.

Installation of the new heating system was excellent. Carried out in super fast time. Cannot fault that.

Where TB let themselves down is once they have your money, the service is poor. The aftersales and more annoyingly the communication is awful. I have tried multiple times to sort an issue out, I never get called back. Have emailed their Info@ address 4 times with zero response. I cannot help but feel (and have heard since elsewhere) that they are great for the initial high value installation, but then extremely poor afterwards.

I had my first annual service which highlighted an issue with a part installed. I have chased and chased to find out what is happening and have had no response or the one time I spoke to someone the part was on order and they would be in touch.. That was over 3 months ago..

I could not recommend TB enough when it was first installed, but sadly I would not recommend them now, which is a shame as it's for such easy/basic customer service.

Had them replace boiler and water cylinder - they had to move the flu on my flat roof as part of the work - which they did poorly - resulting in new boiler being completely destroyed- insurance won’t pay as they say workmanship was below standard. Now having to buy a new boiler - correct poor installation of the flu.

Engineer turned off gas supply to boiler without informing us. Left without heating or hot water for 4 days in freezing weather. Would not use again

Total Boilers came to our rescue after Pure Homes customer service repeatedly messed us around. I'm a 67 yr old disabled man with heart problems. 6 weeks without any heating. Called Total Boilers, they arrived promptly and they swiftly sorted the problem, so very grateful to them Have booked them for annual service.
