Oxon Energy installed a large, complex ventilation and cooling system and equipment very well indeed so that it appears to be built as part of the house. Not only were Joe and Tom pleasant, reliable, considerate and trustworthy but also so were the other tradesmen they introduced. They overcame several equipment supplier difficulties with good humour and kept to their original price. They had the place decorated perfectly at completion and the system works very well. It is rare to be able to say you recommend a supplier unreservedly but we can with Oxon Energy.

We've known the team at Oxon for a few years from when they started work on a renovation project for us. It involved complex replumbing of pretty much an entire house including some fairly imaginative existing setups. The work they did was very high quality and they were hugely helpful during the whole process. Since then we've had to call on them a couple of times - mainly manufacturer defects - and they've always been with us as soon as they can and they're a pleasure to have around. We highly recommend them if you need anything doing which falls into their scope.

Joe, Tom & co installed a new ASHP and HW cylinder (as well as swapped a few radiators) to replace an ancient gas boiler at our place. They were always here when they said they'd be here, and always left the place looking like they'd never even been here. We weren't without heat or hot water in a cold January for more than an hour or two at any point during the install. They finished the job on time and to the figure we were quoted. The house has been consistently warm and comfortable since the switch-over and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - the epitome of knowledge, consideration for customers, and expertise.

I found Oxon Energy to be a great company to deal with. We had our gas boiler replaced with an air source heat pump, with some additional/replacement radiators. They were helpful and professional throughout, from the planning to the fit out and then the grant application.. Prompt and Efficient at all times and the quality of the install was very high. Their staff gave us confidence in their service and were polite and pleasant to have around. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade / modernise and get greener on their heating system! Oxon Energy installed an Air Source Heat Pump in our bungalow in November 2021, which has been working well since it was commissioned. Joe, Tom and the team have been really good communicators both before and after the installation. They have done an extremely neat job, and always cleaned up well after themselves, as well as using appropriate protection for carpets, etc. They are always polite.

Great communication from Joe in the lead-up to the job, great and patient advice, going out of his way to accommodate our requests. When it came to the job itself, the team were professional and friendly, clearly taking pride in their work, the piping in our airing cupboard is a work of art. Once completed we had a couple of airlocks as the system settled down, these were sorted immediately with no quibbles. Great advice on setting up and tuning the system. Joe also helped with our Renewable Heat Incentive application. Top job!

Oxon Energy installed an Air Source Heat Pump and replaced all the radiators in the house to provide a good volume of heat into the property. I decided to choose a larger ASHP to cope with -10 to -15 C to do with climate change and so we examined the benefits of 4 or 5 different suppliers products and I chose the best one. I found Joe, Tom and the team were professional, trustworthy, creative and thorough in their design, approach and completion of the project. The installation team were polite, friendly and worked continuously until my project was finished, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Oxon based on their sound understanding of the project and equipment - as well as a Trade connection who recommended Joe in particular for his keen understanding of the air source heat pump system.
We have been very happy with the work carried out and the end result. The team are friendly and knowledgeable, I asked a lot of questions during the instal and if someone wasn't sure of the answer I would get a call that night to confirm the answer.
They turned up when they said they would, no delays or postponements, and although they went a day over the plan, this was not on part of their team, more an issue with electrician timing. The work was completed in a very reasonable timeframe and thorough sign off completed.
After-sales and support have been good - easy to get hold of and willing to offer assistance. Very highly recommended.
