The lovely pilot took plenty of time explaining the helicopter to me. She took me over my house once we where up and genuinely was a lovely funny person to be around. The helicopter was beautiful and the other staff where really helpful. Yes it's expensive but worth every penny and I desperately want to try it again.

Absolutely amazing my partner who had the experience day was over the moon and as for the instructor he was such a gentleman and made my partners experience off flying a helicopter the most enjoyable thing she has ever done.its been a big dream off hers thank you

I went to Heli Air Gloucester for a helicopter flight experience. What an incredible day! The pilot was a great guy and he made sure I got the absolute maximum flight time. He was patient, professional and most importantly passionate about how great it is to fly a helicopter.

Having recently completed my PPL(H) with Heli Air, I strongly recommend them for anyone with any interest in helicopters. The company's pilots are very thorough and professional in their work, on both instruction and tour flights. The ability to pay for flights as you go, and the large geographic area covered by their three bases make arranging flights with Heli Air convient; this is further expedited by the efficiency of the bookings team. Heli Air should be the operator of choice for anyone seeking a convenient, professional, flying experience.

Had a 15 minute flight given to me as a present from my wife. Absolutely brilliant, very professional and well organised. Would recommended to anybody. Another tick off the bucket list

My daughter recently booked an hour long flight /lesson with Heli Air. She booked to take herself and friend so she would have company. My daughter has health issues that would not effect the trip and her consultant gave written permission as requested by the company. My daughter also shared with the company after an incident in hospital she is nervous around men hence the friend with her and said she may just be a little quiet until she felt confident. So far all good. A few days after booking the money appeared back in her account. No communication from the company until she emailed asking why. They then stated that she would be unsafe. This is total discrimination against someone who at worst had said she would be a little quiet possible for a few minutes. My daughter had explained everything before booking and had been assured it was all good and she should pay they had no problem at all. This has caused huge distress and she is beyond disappointed. I am sure there are more professional and supportive companies out there to help someone terminally ill on palliative care to tick of something on their bucket list. My advice is look elsewhere if you want a heli flight
