The school is brilliant my child is having a good time mr bland thank for the respect and I do recommend this school my child has now improved so much more thank you for reading

my child suffered alot in his education but after him joing oakwood he has improved alot and i think u should send ur child to this beautiful i still dont agree with the new school logo and how they made it mixed this skl i have a problem with the riots which happen in the corriders disgusting behavior sometimes the teachers are very rude over all a alright skl and how they support lgbt showimg they care about others

I would like to thank you all from Oak Wood School. My daughter is so much happier since her first day in this school. She really enjoys to be part of all the events and she always is up to date with homework. I am so glad for letting her to choose change school and see how happy she is now. Thank you again and together we can make Oak Wood School outstanding!

My daughter loves Oakwood, she is praised for her hard work from all the Teachers. She is self driven when she is at home because she wants to please her teachers due to the respect she has for them. Wonderful School

Love this school. I’ve been a teacher at Abbotsfield/Oak Wood since 2010 and I think of the place as my second home. Lots of huge changes over the past few years as we’ve increased in size but the school is in the strongest place I’ve seen it. I’m proud to be a teacher at Oak Wood and honestly believe in a few years we’ll be judged as outstanding.

Attended a Personal 1:1 open day with the Headteacher Mr Daniel Cowling on Fri 11th June 2021.

He is doing a superlative job. Well beyond my expectations.
A personal credit to him and his staff.

Mr Cowling is highly respected by both staff AND students.

- Facilities and Cleanliness of the school is unbelievable.
- Brand new resources.
- Students have their heads down in all of the classrooms i visited.

- Equipment; formidable! All Apple computers and screens.
- Well funded and beyond my comprehension.
- Wonderful , open, spacious outdoor space. All sports.

- Drama rooms excellent.
- Main hall ; Mint.
- Its a new school less than 7 years old and the buildings are pristine.
- Staff extremely polite and attentive.

My son attends a grammar school in Slough and this state school is far better !!!
I didnt think I would be stating that. Ive even surprised myself.

Keep up the excellent work , and Well done Mr Cowling & everyone at Oak Wood.

My daughter is doing good at school. She’s getting the appreciation for her hard work from her teachers now. The school has improved drastically after Mr Cowling is appointment as a head teacher.
