Really interesting place to walk. Hard underfoot and boggy in some areas but well worth the effort for the view at the top. Not far from Ski Rossendale and the Halo

Fantastic views across the valleys and beyond. There are plenty of walks around across the moors, including the Round the Hills routes and the shoe trail.
