I was walking into Hyde Park from the underground when I cam across this fountain. It features a bronze figure of Diana, the Roman goddess of hunting. The statue of Diana sits in the centre of the fountain on a pedestal and depicts her in at the moment of shooting an arrow.

Worth a look if in Hyde Park, especially now that the weather is nice, but sadly today there was no water flowing in the fountain.

Diana the huntress (the Greek goddess Artemis) a bronze erected in 1906 poised to shoot an arrow. Placed on a fountain in a formal garden setting near an evocative screen of pleached trees.
The first of the two Dianas commemorated at water features in the park.

Ornate bronze fountain located in the south-eastern corner of Hyde Park. Nice surroundings with the rose gardens and wide variety of flowers setting the backdrop.
