Lovely walk to the beach. Spoilt by dog poop and litter.
Once on the beach fanulous. Interesting old lime kiln and sea wall defences.

Nice little pond set back off the sea, with the remains of an 1888 building

Nice short place for a visit, not as much as I thought it would be to see , but worth a look, no parking but there's a layby on the main road for a few cars , not wheelchair accessible, the beach is very pebblie , not ideal for a family beach, but beautiful views along the coast and the sea.

Well worth a visit especiallyif you love exploring, stunning nature reserve and the sea is right there too. Take wellies as incredibly muddy

A great walk trail around the ruins of the Lime Works. Bring good walking shoes or wellies during winter, can be very muddy.

Wasnt expecting such a large building. Only even seen pictures of one section.

Its great! One of the best 'ruins' ive been too. We walked around for ages, exploring.

Id recommended parking at fontygary and walk along the coast. The steps are steep but its the safest route i found.
