Stayed here as wanted a child suitable affordable place when visiting family that wasn't just a room in a hotel or overpriced mini cottage/flat/apartment. Was ideal value for money and met our needs. Was a little worn in places but aren't all places that get used! Bed was comfy sofa was comfy shower was good. Only down side for us was the window in the single room in Maud had no lock and opened widely so child could easy open it and fall out but we tied this up ourselves making it secure but would be a good thing to sort if an update is done for parental piece of mind. Was easy to contact by phone while there and didn't bother us no one was directly on site as ample info on what to do in an emergency etc. Will be staying here again soon and looking forward to it.

Nice place to reside. A bit dated though.

An amazing place to stay in Lincoln. Two bedrooms, very secure in a shared gated courtyard. A short walk to the centre. It's vat the bottom of the hill but the walk up is worth it.

Clear instructions for gate entry and key collection.
We stayed in Maud . Very clean. Had everything we needed.
My mother struggled a bit with the stairs but we managed.
Might be useful if there was another hand rail where the stairs curve .

Stayed 2 nights last minute in 3D. What a great find it was. Nice to have secure parking. Clean and tidy. The led mood lights were a nice touch and relaxing when laying in bed to the point we both drifted off and forgot about them. Only downside for us was the shower was on the cool side no matter what we did and not enough power to use the body sprays. Comfy sofa upstairs. But the stools weren't the best for those of us with short legs, kept turning around and I kept sliding off. Also had some ants in the building but nothing too drastic. Would stay again.
