We had the pleasure of being the first guests at the Sailhouse loft and we can't speak highly enough about it. Fantastic apartment, a stones throw from the beach and with stunning views out of every window. The kids didn't want to leave! We will definitely be returning.

i want to keep this place all to myself if i could. what a perfect location to dolphin watch and look out to the bay. perfect all round apart from there's no parking by the front door and 3 flights of stairs so pack light ;)

A truly wonderful place. Lovely modern apartment in a perfect location. Everything is on the doorstep - beach, restaurants and the best ice cream shop. On top of that the views are amazing where else can you watch dolphins over breakfast.

Just love it here. How many places in the UK can you sit on your balcony and watch dolphins? New quay is lovely and bustling and you can choose whether to join in with that or escape it in the flat. Perfect balance, perfect accommodation

Just home from a fantastic 4 day break at the Sailhouse Loft, the loft had everything we needed and the views were outstanding...we even saw the dolphins from our prime floor to ceiling window looking over the bay. For our pre xmas break the loft felt cosy and warm, 2 double bedrooms and we did manage to juggle and get a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend and we can't wait to visit again...even the 58 steps upto the loft wouldn't stop me visiting again!
