Within walking distance of the high street. Really comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. They leave breakfast in the kitchen; cereals, crumpets, bread, yoghurts, bananas, tea/coffee etc. No lift. Be prepared to take cases up stairs.

Compared to our previous Airbnb in Leamington costing more. Really grand. The owner lovely , so helpful. Clean, clean, clean and I am really really clean in my house, so my standards are hard to follow.Parking on site. Nice area. Perfectly placed to Sainsbury's, Town Centre and racecourse. Beautiful regency apartment. Highly recommended. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely breakfast goodies included.

Beautifully furnished one bedroom room and a generous supply of continental breakfast in the pantry and fridge. The property manager met me there and even carried my luggage up to the third floor.
