Vale View Apartment Prestatyn Holiday Flat

This is a truly perfect place to stay in Prestatyn! It's a really decent-sized flat with everything you need for self-catering: washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, coffee-making facilities with a coffee-maker and lots of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate etc. all provided. There's even a full bath as well as a shower and all towels, shampoo, loo roll etc. are provided, along with a bath pillow and wee nightlights for a nice relaxing soak! We go frequently and the double bed is really comfy with fresh white linen, and lots of pillows and the lounge diner has a fab view of the town and mountainside to watch from the sofa! The additional handy thing is we can also take our dog and there's a dog bed and bowls all provided and along with human welcome snacks the dog gets some treats left out too! The hosts are really friendly, helpful and thoughtful and go out of their way to help. I honestly can't recommend it enough, oh, and the price is unbelievably good value too!

View from the window was lovely to see in the morning as well as the evening. We hope to return in the summer. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends we really had a lovely comfortable stay.

Stayed at Vale View Apartment Summer 2019 with my family and our 2 dogs and it was perfect. We could have turned up with only our clothes and we wouldn't have needed to worry, Lyz the owner ensures everything is there for you ready. The apartment was really tasteful, bright and roomy and the views across the town and to the mountainside were gorgeous. You're on the top floor, but there's a lift and it's very quiet even though you're opposite the station, you can't hear the trains. There was also a bar downstairs which was very handy, with a nice beer garden as well. The town centre is just over the train station and the retail park is right at the bottom of the high street so we had all the modern big shops as well as lots of nice little High Street shops and cafes to pop into too. The beach was also only a short walk away and we were lucky enough to have fab weather so we made full use of it. We'll definitely be staying again, thanks for having us!

Stay here regularly and it's honestly the best little holiday-let I've ever stayed in. Everything you could want and more at an unbelievable price. Gorgeous views, beautiful building, really clean and well-maintained and always a lovely welcome from the owner.

Apartment is amazing very clean and modern. Very friendly greeting and well explained and shown around by Liz when we turned up. Couldn't fault the place e from start to finish.

I stayed at Vale View over Christmas so I could visit and look after my mum who lives on her own in Prestatyn (I live in the West Midlands). I was so well looked after, the host was extremely thoughtful and understanding of my situation during the pandemic and why I was travelling.

The apartment was well furnished and decorated, and there was everything I could possibly need in the kitchen. It was also decorated for Christmas and had a lovely homely feeling that made the stay very comfortable for me.

I so appreciated the extra help and advice I was given, it made a huge difference. The only thing I had an issue with was the cold, but its an older building and thats to be expected. Its probably lovely in summer, and I'd recommend bringing warm loungewear for the colder seasons for comfort.

I'm very much looking to go back and will try to stay here whenever possible as visiting becomes allowed.

I very much recommend this venue, it is excellent alue for money, excellent service, and a good place to stay in North Wales.
