Writing Shed Wales

This was a great place to stay, just for the two of us, to get away from our busy city life. We absolutely loved star gazing in the night and saw countless stars. The Writing Shed was a great place to cook, and enjoy a toasty fire, and there were 2 other rooms, with panoramic views. The biggest bed we have ever slept in. Feeling relaxed, so it was perfect for us. Already missing the sound of owls hooting at night.

Had an amazing time here, particularly enjoyed all of the outside sitting areas.

The private fire pit / BBQ area with the outside bath behind the writing shed was a particular highlight. We sat, cooked, played guitar and had a bath under the stars (wine in hand). The night sky is so dark, you can literally see all of them.

Lighting the log fire and warming up the writing shed was a great idea before getting in the bath too. It was lovely to have a warm dry space today off in.

We had such a relaxing time and it felt like a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Just what the doctor ordered.

We only stayed a couple of nights but both me and my other half really enjoyed our stay, the place is very nice and the area and views are stunning.

Both Jackie and Lindsay were fantastic hosts and made us feel welcome! The Llamas were awesome and we'd like to say thankyou for a lovely stay!

Would absolutely recommend for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway.
