Fabulous one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. The Cox's Pippin apple juice is delish

Absolutely amazing place with amazing hospitality from Simon and Lesley.
Wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights as so much to see and do around the farm.
Can highly recommend this for anyone at any age.
We will definitely be returning to spend more time in such a welcoming and tranquil place x

A beautiful fully equipped cottage. Great location not far from national trust properties and the coast. The train station isn't too far away, so a trip to London is possible.
Simon and Lesley the owners are very welcoming and helpful. They leave a lovely welcome pack including a home made cake for you on your arrival.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and meeting all the new born lambs. Will definitely stay here again when in this area.

A wonderful Holiday location and the perfect hosts in Simon and Leslie. Their own reared Bacon and Eggs are so tasty we bought the Bacon home with us. The Cottage is a lovely place to stay with great access to the local footpaths we walked into Royal Tunbridge Wells and back. We ordered a few meals from their Menu which were freshly prepared using local produce and very tasty. We found the best way in was from Pembury as Romford Road from the other direction can be a bit narrow. We'd have no hesitation to recommend it as a Holiday location to friends and if we Holiday in Kent again, it will be top of our list. Thank you both for a lovely Holiday.

Loved every thing about it. Location superb, cottage brilliant and super clean, quality beds, bedding etc. Lovely welcome pack and very welcoming hosts. Could not have done better in a 5* hotel . Oh and eggs, bacon, beef and pork taken home very delicious, excellent quality.
