Fabulous house just everything you need at your fingertips a great deal of thought has been given to the layout to make your stay very relaxing & enjoyable in a peaceful location. Horning is a lovely village with shops, pubs & a large fish restaurant with Wroxham a very enjoyable walk away 😃 All in all everything you need to have a very enjoyable break in the Norfolk Broads!

I had the most amazing time here as a group of 6 ladies for a special birthday celebration. The facilities in the house were amazing and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. High quality of fixtures and fittings throughout. The boats made our stay really. We had fantastic weather so travelled on them every day. We found nature reserves, pubs and cafés and the routes were just beautiful! The hot tub and BBQ area provided the perfect set up for the evenings and view of the sun set each night was amazing! Would highly recommend.

Really nice, well stocked cottage. The garden runs down to its own private jetty. You can hire a little boat from the owner for the length of your stay. It has a jacuzzi, a gas BBQ and a balcony from the bedroom. We had a heron come knocking on the back door for food. Unusually tame and friendly.
All in all everything you need to have a very enjoyable break in the Norfolk Broads!
