Stayed here in September 2020 and it didn’t disappoint. The pictures show the yurt exactly as we found it when we arrived, although it was actually much bigger than I was expecting. The sofas and beds were super comfortable, everything was clean and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend you book a stay, but make sure you leave a date for me to go back next year.

Just got home from an extremely relaxing long weekend in the Ash Yurt at Graywood Canvas Cottages.
Our group was made up of two couples all in our late twenties, we have all been working through lockdown and really needed a break.
Firstly when looking for something in the UK which wasn't too far away from us which had a hot tub I found this place and the price for a long weekend was great. I contacted Stephanie prior to booking as I had queries with lockdown restrictions and any changes to their cancellation policy, she came back straight away and was very helpful.
As our booking approached we were kept well informed of what we could expect when we got there and we certainly weren't disappointed. The location is so peaceful, perfect for what we needed. The yurt was spotless and although some items had been removed during the pandemic to minimise cleaning (we were pre-warned and were understanding of this) we had everything we could need.
We will definitely be staying here again, even suggesting an annual trip and staying for longer.

We spent a fabulous week in Willow Yurt! All of the communication before arrival was very helpful and informative including details on all the preperations and precautions taken in light of covid 19.
The Yurt was well laid out with everything we needed for the week. The children loved the three beds on the mezzanine floor and said they found them extremely comfortable. We all agreed the highlight was the hot tub on the decking that was very welcome at the end of a hard day sightseeing/ visiting beaches etc.
We have already recommended Graywood Canvas Cottages to friends and wouldn't hesitate to go again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous yurt, extremely clean and cosy. Very peaceful all around and the owners are very helpful. The ideal place if you are looking to cut off from everything and everyone for a few days. The hot tub is wonderful, and on a clear night you can see the stars! I will go back

Absolutely amazing stay here at Graywood Cottages, very secluded and private. We loved that there was no phone signal! Had a lovely relaxing time and the yurts are extremely well thought out, with everything you could need. They also warm up extremely well. The beds are extremely comfy and the view from the bedroom window whilst laying in bed is just pure heaven. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. And we will be back!

Lovely site , lovely yurt , really enjoyed the hot tub it was hot but lovely . One slight criticism is the upstairs not a proper bed but mattress on the floor also mattresses were a little hard for me personally. But you can’t please everyone I would definitely stay again

Fabulous Yurts - extremely luxurious with super comfy beds. Hot tub was dreamy! Facilities all excellent - dishwasher, washer/dryer, towels etc all provided. Supremely quiet location in the middle of glorious countryside. We will definitely be back! 5 STARS!

what a place to stay to get away from the hussle and bussle of normal life just an hour or so's drive from the outskirts of London. place was very clean with all the mod cons and the bed was very very comfy. outside you have a sizeable area to relax in as well as the lovely hot tub to soak away the tensions. really pleased with our stay and is definitely on the list for a place to return to.
