An amazing stay for a 25th anniversary weekender. The rooms are huge, there's plenty of space and the grounds are vast enough for so many games. Everything is incredibly well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location and beautiful house. Hosted a family event to celebrate a 90th birthday and the whole family loved it! Gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen…in fact there are two kitchens which made it easy when the younger family members decided they wanted to bake while I was preparing lunch and dinner. The dinning room was amazing for the birthday lunch on Sunday, but the large main kitchen was so welcoming that we all ate together here for all other meals. I and my family definitely recommend Pettistree House for family parties.

Amazing venue for 30 of us had a great weekend with family decorated nice and tastefully to fit in with the charm and character of the building. 3 kitchens 1 the size of a tennis court 5 dishwashers 2/3 cookers. Lovely walks in the grounds and surounding lanes lovely place

Very nice place to celebrate. Fort was no-more but plenty of grounds to run around and explore. Loads of fridges and freezers for food and drink. The ice maker was slow to make ice so would suggest bringing some bags as back up. Party room was fantastic. Pool table and sound system was loud. Kids loved the disco lights. 4 dishwashers so plenty of room for dirty plates etc.

A brilliant weekend for 29 hens at this gorgeous house. The party room was amazing for dancing into the small hours and it was brilliant having a hot tub for a morning dip. The rooms are spotless and loads of them have en-suites too. Peter was a fantastic host as well and so accommodating, we’d love to come and stay again one day!

This amazing 15 bedroom Georgian Manor situated near Woodbridge, Suffolk is a brilliant choice if you're looking for a private party venue. The refurbished house has got a boutique hotel vibes and the stunning grounds provide a great backdrop for any celebration 👍🏼 I've done a private party function here and the kitchen is a dream to work in...the dining room is cozy and is roomy enough to set up for a sit down dinner for 30 people!

Very nice venue, we hired it for a company party for 19 guests. Watch out for wildlife in the walls of the annex.
