Beautifully presented holiday home with an immediately warming homely feel about it. We stayed for a week over New Year there's plenty of doggy walks and road biking to do in the area. Plenty of relaxing in the warmth with the log burner and star gazing too. Lovely Dog Friendly Gastro Pub 3-4 minutes walk away.

In short, if you want a lovely break away then Garden Cottage is for you, I'd highly recommend it. If you want to know specifics then please ask but below is a brief resume of my week at this beautiful little cottage. I stayed here for 6 days, found it adorable on first sight. Smaller inside than expected and if you're tall like me then watch your head. Livingroom/dining room, plenty of space but cosy,had the wood burner on which was a treat. Kitchen, everything you'd want and some extra touches, even things like cling film and the like we're all there. Bathroom, decent size. Double bedroom and second bedroom with 2 singles were smallish but more than adequate. You really only have to bring towels for the bathroom, EVERYTHING else is there for you. Fantastic garden with a view over the Lyth Valley. I could go on but I don't think anyone staying here will be disappointed. 80 houses in the village, watch the steep winding single track roads, do visit the only place to eat in the village which is the pub at the opposite end of the road (5min walk) the food was amazing.
