An authentic farm setting, in picturesque Trull in Taunton. Modern amenities with an attractive dose of history. The local village's church has some of the grandest carvings I have seen in any of the northern or southern chapels (Grade II*: particularly important buildings of more than special interest.) ,with an ancient rood screen . When you factor in it's central location to many classic tourist or sightseeing locales alongside the close proximity to all Taunton has to offer ( a nice comfortable and safe 2 mile walk) I reckon it just can't be beat for comfort and experience for value. Simply put, we love it! Oh, there's plenty of room for entertaining , large Televisions, a pool and laundry . Did I mention the views, fields , fruit tree lined drive, and both wild and domestic animals to enhance the experience .

(Threshing Barn).Very well appointed and spacious holiday home. Shared indoor pool, play ground and BBQ area and a private hot tub. The village of Trull with the Winchester Arms, general store/PO, and a waterfall are a short walk away. Taunton is the nearest town and there are many things to see, visit, enjoy within an hour or so by car. Suitable for a large family and with two self contained sides to the house, social distancing within bubbles can be maintained. Slight drawback is the noise from the nearby M5 and sometimes farm operations.
Just back from an amazing holiday with family. The house was quirky but comfortable. Some lovely walks and great pub close by.

Stayed in the Threshing Barn. Really really nice place to be. Got a hot tub and shared indoor pool. Towels and bedding were included. Kitchen has pretty much everything you might need.
I'd have no issues with staying there again. So much so that we looked for available later in the year for a family event we have and there was no availability. Which was a shame, but with good reason.

Very quirky place good sized rooms most with on suite. Lovely large kitchen and dining room with two more small Tele rooms. Big bonus is skittle ally, full size snooker table, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Down side little things that should be checked before quests arrive, heating not set properly some radiator's working some not. Toaster in kitchen only half working, aga cooker not working. Plenty of parking and a nice walk to Taunton and a shorter walk to the Winchester arm's. Great place to stay. Recommend
