A perfect holiday. Loved the peace and quiet, watching the ponies and owls. Cottage had everything you need and more. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for such a relaxing time xx

I only call in at Ivy Grange farm for eggs as it's a good stretch of the legs to get there and such a nice walk. The owner is always very sociable and such a likeable person. I've never stayed in the cottage next door but it does look to be a good place to stay as there are lovely walks around the area and on good days you can see Selby Abbey which is a lovely historical place to visit and has a small cafe.

Excellent cottage and owner is very welcoming. The garden to the rear is lovely and quiet and very relaxing with the horses in the field. Inside the facilities are excellent with more than sufficient items to save having to fill the car. The chocolate orange in the fridge went down very well with my son.

Excellent cottage. Very well appointed and has everything needed to be a home-from-home. A "welcome pack" was provided with luxury food items (including a bottle of Pinot Noir wine!). Beautiful, quiet country setting.

A bit aprehensive of a holiday in the Selby area, but what a wonderful surprise. Most comfortable bed we have had in over 100 holiday cottages. Owner thought of absolutely everything and more. In fact we are definitely going to go back, which is not something we normally do. Owner is a lovely woman, very friendly and chatty without being obtrusive. Would recommend to anyone.

Great relaxing getaway in a nice quiet village and close by to York and surrounding areas. Lovely cottage, clean and great amenities has everything you need! Great host and nice welcome pack 😊 thank you for a lovely stay xx

Brilliant relaxing. Excellent hostess. Everything was organised and taken care of. All brochures laid out for places to eat and visit. Self catering but only had to get what you required to eat. Great area for jogging walking ect. Short walk into village.
