Easy Reach

This is the third time for us staying at Easy Reach and we can honestly say we had the most amazing time. Great location for visiting anywhere in North Wales. The house is like home, ultra clean and everything provided for an enjoyable weeks stay. Thank you so much Sandra and Russell 😘xxx

We have had an amazing 2 week stay at Easy Reach. The house is perfect with all the comforts of home. There were so many small touches that make life easier - milk in the fridge, well stocked kitchen, board games, books, biscuits, beach toys. The house is well decorated and spotlessly clean. Rhos on Sea is a great base from which to explore North Wales.

Easy Reach is undoubtedly one of the best holiday homes there is, it's well equipped, tastefully decorated and makes you feel like the sun is shining everyday, is location is excellent either for a day on the beach or a day trip to Anglesey. The owners are delightful and have thought of every litte thing to make your stay just perfect. The communication from booking to departure day was excellent nothing missed and very helpful. Definitely be booking again for next year.

A lovely holiday home

We have just had a lovely holiday at Easy Reach. We've been many times and look forward to returning next year. It's in an enviable location, just a short walk to the beach and promenade, shops and cafes. It's just a short drive away from Anglesey and Caernarfon on the edge of Snowdonia. A lovely drive is from Caernarfon back to Rhos-on-Sea via Beddgelert and Capel Curig through the heart of Snowdonia. If you don't have a car then the bus service to Llandudno or Rhyl is every 10 minutes. Llandudno is another lovely town with its pier, cafes, retail park, theatre and cheap parking. This property is in a great location to stay for seeing what North Wales has to offer.

5 Star Plus
After a long drive from London, the journey was instantly forgotten when we were greeted by a festively decorated home. When I say decorated I do not mean a bit of tinsel here and there. The house was occupied by 2 Santa's which my daughter loved as they were the same height as her. Several lanterns, Glowing pictures, Christmas lights, and a wonderful singing-in-the-snow snowman.

The house itself was immaculate. Each bedroom had a bathroom set in a wicker basket. The living room is a cozy nest for family movie nights whilst the kitchen/diner opens into a lovely sociable area for meals and entertaining.

Thank you for making our family Christmas so special.

We will be staying again and again when available.

Me and my partner Irene have spent many happy weeks at Easy Reach over the past few years. It's a beautiful house. Sandra and Russell have maintained this property to extremely high standards. It has everything you need for the perfect holiday. Rhos-on-Sea is a lovely place to stay. With plenty of cafes, pubs and quirky little shops. It's a five minute walk away from the sea front and a lovely Promenade which stretches back to Colwyn Bay and as far as Penrhyn Bay, and Angel Bay where you can find seals living in their natural habitat. It's a perfect location for visiting the other many places North Wales has to offer. Llandudno and Conway are both just a 10 minute drive away. With Anglesey just 40 minutes away. If you don't have your own transport. There is a very good bus service that runs every 10 minutes to Rhyl and Llandudno. We're now looking forward to spending many more happy weeks at Easy Reach.

Me, my other half and two other couples went away to this holiday home last year and had an amazing time. We re-booked for this year as soon as we got back because it was so fantastic. Safe to say when we came back this year it was still imaculate! This year we brought our dog and was so happy with all the little extras perfect for him. The back garden is super secure and perfect for letting the dog out worry free. A park opposite the end of the close was excelent for burning off all his extra energy too! This home has become my favourite holiday destination and will 100% be coming back here year after year. Thank you so much Sandra and Russel for the hospitality and amazing home!

This is really home from home. Every aspect of your stay is covered. The house is immaculate, everything you would need is there, tv ,video, internet, fully fitted kitchen, garden. Its central location means it is within walking distance of the local park, shops, beach and the local towns of Llandudno and Colwyn Bay are a short car ride away. The owners have excelled in providing a safe and welcoming home to enjoy your stay. Well done Russell and Sandra, keep up the good work, hope to see you again soon.
