The cottage, location, hot tub and Diane were brilliant. We loved spending time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed. Diane was very helpful and informative with places to visit and things to do and went that extra mile with us. Diane and Bill made us very welcome to our new home, (for the week). The cottage cannot be faulted. The design of the accommodation is very well thought out and it is extremely practical & comfortable. It is set in a good location and there are many attractions within extremely close proximity. Diane has very thoughtfully provided a guide to the attractions, and i think that we would need a year to visit them all! i cannot recommend the cottage, (and the owners), highly enough and will definitely be back.

Diane greeted me and showed me around. The cottage was clean and inviting and very well serviced. The hot tub is a huge selling point but there is much more to the cottage than just this. A full kitchen and very comfortable beds, plenty of off road parking and local shops to boot. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this gem in the valleys :)

Wonderful cottage which had everything we could want to make an amazing stay. Very homely feel. Spotless clean. Bedrooms were very good size with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub was just perfect. Kids play area was great for our 3 year old. We also traveled with two 9 months old babies and everything was provided; travel cots, high chairs, baby monitor. Area is beautiful with many places to visit. Diane is an amazing host, she thought about everything and is very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place. Thanks Diane and Bill!

From the moment we booked we felt welcome. The holiday was for 6 of us. 4 adults and 2 young children. Diane initially sent a few welcome emails, which detailed everything we could possibly need. From trips nearby, local shops and guides to information regarding the property. She was there to meet us when we arrived to show us around and could not have been more accommodating. We needed a few things during our stay and Diane was happy to help. The property itself was lovely. Nice and clean and well kept. We also had a supply of milk and biscuits upon our arrival. The hot tub and children's play area where well used by the family and a welcome addition. The area was beautiful and there was plenty for us to do. The furthest we travelled was 45 minutes! The local shop had all the supplies you could ask for but it's also close to some larger supermarkets. We all had a fantastic break and would encourage anyone to visit. I can only imagine that it is even nicer during the summer! For those with children the national showcaves are a must.

We stayed here for two nights in July and I had the best time. We came for a biking weekend so the six bike secure lockup was great. The hot tub, bbq and outdoor dining area are excellent. Diane has put so much thought into making your stay a happy one, the rooms are great and the location perfect with shops nearby. Will be going back for sure.

Out of this world! Where do I start? We had the best time at this little hidden gem! Diane the host just couldn't do enough to ensure a perfect stay. We left feeling like family.
We had 2 children in our party and they had a better time there than when we visited Pontins recently! The park at the top of the garden was amazing and they had hours of fun in the hot tub!
The house really did have everything you need and more. They had even left a lovely box of chocolates for when we arrived.
The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was sparkling clean.
Anyone that is considering booking here, should do so knowing you will be getting an amazing deal at this little gem of a place. We will 100% be returning.
