UPDATE: SOME OF THE POLISH HAS COME OFF AS THEY DO NOT ACCEPT GUIDE DOGS. AS A CONSEQUENCE WE ARE UNLIKELY TO BE ABLE TO RETURN. Perfect. Log fire, lovely little kitchen, comfy bed, huge garden and a perfect spot. If I had enough money I'd buy it.

Warm and cosy and great location, but mice in roof woke us up most nights- paltry compensation offered.

Such a shame that this holiday cottage has been neglected. We arrived to find green and black mould covering the walls behind the double bed, condensation covering the walls and the whole place had an overwhelming smell of damp. It was generally unclean and the kitchen was lacking some basic essentials. Would not recommend and would not stay again. We stayed one night only and requested a move to alternative accommodation, which the holiday company dealt with quickly and professionally. I'm just shocked to see that this cottage is still being marketed as a decent 4 star holiday cottage!

My wife and I would like to offer a huge thank you to the new owners of Pinch Cottage (now re-christened Smokehouse Cottage) for the wonderful week we enjoyed there. The location is superb so that we were able to relax in the Scandi hot tub and admire the sun setting over the sea as the waves lapped on the beach just a few metres away.
The cottage has been brilliantly renovated and refurbished complete with log fire, cozy sitting room, modern kitchen and state-of-the-art bathroom with underfloor heating. The decor throughout is inspirational, fitting the historic cottage and our modern expectations plus a bit of quirkiness!
We can't wait to return!!

We had such a wonderful time at Pinch Cottage and cannot recommend it highly enough! It has been so lovingly and beautifully renovated that it truly felt like a home from home. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and the wood fired hot tub was the icing on the cake. There aren’t many places you can cook, swim, star gaze, surf, walk, read by the fire........the list goes on! This is a really special place and will be forever in our hearts. Thank you!

My wife and I, stayed at Pinch Cottage for our honeymoon earlier this month and loved our stay. The cottage is set on its own with no other properties around, with immediate access onto the long pebble upper and lower sandy beach. The weather was quite extreme for our stay with high winds and rain which with the log fire, underfloor heating and comfortable sofa made for a very comfortable stay. When weather and tide allowed we walked the full length of the beach ending with a well deserved pint in the Duke of Edinburgh. The sunsets are to die for, with picture postcard views and a wood fired hot tub to enjoy. Locally we loved Little Haven (the Brasserie), Solva (3 pubs), St Davids (amazing catherdral) and Into the Welsh Wind Distillery in Cardigan Bay.

If you want a relaxed week away with stunning views, turn your phone off and enjoy Pinch Cottage, we will be back. Many thanks Michael and Rachel

We had a wonderful week in Pinch cottage. Such a stunning, privileged location and the new owners have made the cottage modern, cosy and at the same time luxurious. Summer or Winter I would be happy to go back again and again.
