It's in a nice quite part just off the A19 .access to other areas such as Thirsk, ripon,north allerton,York ,hemsley are all within an half hour drive away.There is a pub in Knayton in the village also a well kept park and tennis court all within a 5 min waking distance. The layout onsite is very nice although we were unable to access the toilet and shower block due to been still under construction. Our pitch was a fully serviced pitch which was well set out on hard standing base with a good area to park next to our van. We are hoping to go again next year but the owners are mainly looking for seasonal. We can honestly say that malcolm and his son made us feel very welcome .

A very peaceful, tranquil site. Very clean and tidy. Management are so friendly and are always willing to help

A privately owned, family run holiday park. Lovely quiet location. Had our static over 2 years from new at Broadbeck. Owners Malcolm and Gary are fantastic, nothing too much trouble. There to help with anything you need.
