Liked: The pitch was large so not felt crammed in like sardines.
The staff / groundsman was very helpful & gave us some tent pegs & fixed a pole to get the awning back into it's housing on our motorhome.
Had an enjoyable time. We went mid-week so it was quiet, weather couldn't be better, & had a most relaxing time. Price was reasonable as well. :)
Came home refreshed & relaxed. Next time we go, we'll take a windbreak as coastal areas can be windy on some days, however even without it this also didn't ruin our holiday. The shower /toilet block was clean, with plenty of hot water for the showers.
The only downside of this trip was the wi-fi / blue-tooth, it's a non extinct feature . We couldn't get a signal anywhere. :(

Disliked: Remember to take a small spirit level for your motorhomes/campervans/caravans as the pitch we were on had a slope!!!

No signal on wi-fi or blue-tooth!!!.
Other than that you'll have a great time out.

I have already sent a post on, TripAdvisor. However I have read several reports since returning home. We were a party of two and our dog. My son is in a wheelchair after a hit and run and can honestly say this site is amazingly well set for the disabled. Nothing was a bother from any of the staff, we have never felt so relaxed and in my opinion the best of Park Dean's resorts in the area. The pool, club house and restaurant easily accessible without any fuss. The food.... wow.... amazing value, huge portions and superb quality. We have owned 2 pubs with restaurants and a hotel in Blackpool so really understand value for money. In our opinion 10/10 is not enough praise for the staff, the cleanliness of the accommodation and the food. Keep it up guys we looking forward and can't wait for our return. Book this site for great accommodation, attention for detail and amazing entertainment. This place is so close for Great Yarmouth if you want or crazy golf on site and hire a bike / Scooter and visit Burgh Castle or the Fisherman's Inn . We'll done Park Dean Breydon Waters.

Liked: Site although busy was quiet at night which we liked, outdoor pool was fab kids loved it and so love and warm. Great base for a week to get around and visit other places. Had a fabulous breakfast one morning right at the poolside which was lovely. Shower block was clean and water for shower was lovely and warm, plenty of sinks at washing station too.

Disliked: We were there beginning of July and there seemed to be very little activities for the kids. Activity hut was always closed apart from first weekend we were there and considering we had paid for a holiday our kids did no activities at all except the outdoor pool which was very disappointing. No activities on this site for older kids ours are age 11 and 14. Also went to restaurant for dinner it was practically empty and there was still a 40 minute wait on food and first thing we ordered they didn’t have so we left.

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Nice large playground for the kids.
Good range of food and drink in the restaurant which was tasty and delivered quickly. We ate there more than usual for a camping holiday because the food was good and it was convenient after being out all day.
Big bonus for dog owners is that you can take your dog into the bar area which is very helpful when you are in the middle of a heat wave and want air-con - would also be good if it is cold and/or rainy.
Outdoor pool was clean and nice on a hot day - didn't get to use the indoor one because we didn't plan ahead enough and only tried to book the day before a rainy day.

Disliked: Almost always 2 sink taps in the gents shower block were running when you went in because they didn't automatically close off properly. Bit of a joke when the showers turn off in 1- 5 seconds (depending which one you are using). Also make sure you take your own loo roll as it ran out regularly.
The pitch isn't scenic like some other sites we have been to but as a place to stay while you explore Norwich, the Broads and Great Yarmouth we found it ideal.

As a family of 4 (plus dog) we had high hopes for this holiday, with facilities and activities for the kids, walks for the dog etc.
Not everything disappointed, the bar / cafe looked good, clean and serviceable, the outdoor pool was really popular, but capacity was hit easily with groups waiting ages to get access.
The reason for 2 stars has to be because of the following :
The toilet facilities were not cleaned regularly, and the taps in the basins do not auto-switch off.... My wife and I were constantly pulling the taps up to stop them... I'd hate to think how much water is lost and wasted needlessly daily. The showers on the other hand... Be prepared for a 7 second shower, per button press!

No control or curfew.
If partying until 01h30 in the morning is your thing, this is the place to be... And being woken at 05h30 to the yells of unsupervised children, then book now. Not one night passed without constant noises, parties, music playing etc, and not a sunrise went unaccompanied by toddlers screaming or siblings arguing over the one bicycle.

Different laws for different guests?
We were asked to dismantle a gazebo, despite it being firmly secured to the ground, where 2 others were erected and seemingly allowed to remain. I checked the website and apart from a mention of awnings being allowed, could not find mention of No Gazebos.
Whilst considering the dismantling of our gazebo, someone decided to fly a drone over the camp site... It flew for about 10 minutes, directly overhead, in clear violation of Aviation rules, and, let's face it, not really wanting my camping antics being clandestinely recorded from above, felt something should have been done to stop this.

Limited facility access
We decided to let the kids enjoy the indoor pool, as who doesn't love a swim on holiday? Booked in day 1, no problem. Booked the second session, all gravy. Come to book a 3rd day, was met with notification that we had reached the maximum bookings for our week-long stay. The pool was barely full the 2 occasions we went. Again, no mention of restrictions on the website.

We got the feel this is a company more focused on making money, than offering a great experience. So we'll revert back the small I dependant campsites who clearly care.

We wouldn't recommend to friends and family and we won't be going back. The experience has left us renaming the town... Barely OK Yarmouth... Certainly not great.

Liked: Clean toilets and showers all day. Food at the restaurant was nice and you can order on the app which makes it easy and stress free. The play area was lovely for the children as it is enclosed and safe. There are some lovely public walkways at the back of the site with stunning views of the countryside and Burgh castle just around the corner to explore.

Disliked: The restaurant doesn’t open until 9 it would be nice to go in earlier for breakfast. The pitches are very close together so no privacy at all.

Liked: Great camp for children that like to be entertained away from camp. But if your children are happy being around the camp playing then this place is pricey for that. We paid £140 for 2 nights and the children just wanted to have fun around the camp. Lesson learnt for next time to stick with basic camp sites. How ever, the facilities on the camp are great. Showers toilets all clean and accessible. Evening entertainment is what you would normally have. Park, football Court was great. Golf and buggys also great. For me personally as explained above my children like to camp and we booked this thinking plenty to do to stop boredom how ever they were more than happy playing it around the tents...there for next time will stick to £20 a night camp sites.

Disliked: We took 2 cars which we had to move one and finding car space was impossible.

Liked: Large pitch, quiet after the weekend. beautiful walks from the site. Friendly people staff & holiday makers.
Both ladies & gents were clean & sparking however take own soap & loo roll.
Still good value for money.

Disliked: Pitch number 20. was very steep & we could not level our motorhome level even when we used chucks under the wheels. We were next to the ball enclosure, where footballs came flying over the mesh hitting out motorhome. Apologises where given though. Now as for the toilet block !?! This has gone downhill since our last visit June 2022 , Not once was there any soap in the ladies' toilets block, toilet roll was a hit & miss affair, sometimes there was some & other times not. The gents toilets were better, there was soap, & toilet roll. Both ladies & gents were clean & sparking however take your own soap & loo roll.
Very week wifi, needed portable wifi hub.
