Thatches, South Devon

We just got back from a great week here. We had pine trees lodge and it was beautiful. Decor is like home from home. Comfortable, clean and well equipped.
The park itself is exceptional. Take a look a my photos. Brand new gym, immaculately kept pool area, that is just having a steam and sauna installed. Fantastic play park for children and well equipped games room. We even loved the wood land walk.
It is a peaceful park with friendly a neighborhood in a beautiful setting.
I can not forget to mention the manager Chris and is team. Chris bent over backwards to make our stay as wonderful as it could be. When we arrived at our lodge he had opened our patio doors and placed a bag of gorgeous fresh scones, clotted cream, jam, coffee, tea, sugar ,milk and orange juice! So we need not even leave the park for lunch! What a wonderful touch. We can't thank you enough.

Thatches, our GO TO bolthole for fun, relaxation and seaside adventures not forgetting the memory making. Believe me there is SO much more.
On arrival you are given a warm welcome form Chris and his team.
On entering the lodge my shoulders drop and I am ready to soak up all that South Devon has to offer. There is a fabulous branded Welcome Tray, on it a wealth of scrumptious goodies to suit all tastes along with the essentials for your stay at Thatches.
A cream tea is provided too that is such a treat after the journey. Kettle on, pull up a chair and its all yours. Mm yummy.
First Class facilities, you will have to visit to see what there is and take advantage!

Luxury holiday! Even with the unpredictable British weather we’ve had the best week here. Welcome pack was much appreciated. Kids loved the hire of the water sports equipment. I enjoyed the pool (hopefully no Covid next time so we can use all the facilities) Husband & eldest loved the cinema room. The dog had great fun in the exercise field. All very happy but sad to be going home!

Excellent place to stay! We stayed at maples no.74 and had an amazing time. Pool and gym facilities are excellent, my two boys loved this. The games room is also brilliant for children. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting in Devon, great facilities and a good base for exploring the coastal areas. Burgh Island is a must as is Slapton Sands, learn how England practiced the D-day landings and pop into the local pub for a bite to eat.

We spent a week staying at Lodge 32. Mulberry Lodge and it was stunning. The lodge has been kitted out to such a high standard and the development has everything including a cinema room, swimming pool and games room. It is ideally located to access Dartmouth and Salcombe. Mulberry lodge had everything we needed and really was like a luxury home away from home. We could not have asked for any more and will definitely be returning, I cannot recommend this lodge enough.

Very clean lodge and extremely clean and very well cared for site .swimming pool and gym if you want it ... so clean .
Very quiet and peaceful, all you can hear is the birds .
Chris was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic holiday Village, easy to get to, brilliant customer service and the lodge was a very high standard. The pool was a bit cold but we soon warmed up once we got going. There is a little van selling cakes and hot drinks which was a lovely extra and the games room would be great for adults and older kids. Lovely and quiet, a very idyllic settling for a great relaxing break.
