Broadwater Holiday Park

Was absolutely lovely. Especially Brandon and Alex behind the bar. They made our visit extra special. Nice little pool and jacuzzi. There are a few parks for smaller kiddos which was good.

Love this park so much, my in laws have a van here and are kind enough to let us stay with my grandchildren, this is our 4th visit and it's now becoming a good hideaway holiday site that we all love so much, the site is great, busy with lots of children but 2 parks big enough for them all to play nicely, family's are lovely and chatty and you feel safe. Lovely tiny pool for the kids to play in and a jacuzzi for the adults, great arcade that the kids love and a lovely little sweet/essentials shop in the office too. Beautiful and so clean all the time.

Booked here for a last minute holiday, The park itself was nice and tidy, and there was plenty of space to park next to the caravans in your own designated car driveway, unlike other partingtons sites. The wifi was non existent, error or unable to connect, so shouldn't really be offered with free wifi, this was a problem on their other sites also. The caravan was nice and clean, and spacious for our needs, BUT! The caravan site seemed to be full of kids, teenagers and early 20 year olds, We had a caravan full of teenagers close by, never saw any adults. Once the club closed around 10.30-11.30 the amount of drunken teenagers swearing and shouting was really loud, especially when trying to sleep. Our bedrooms backed on to the road which is 1 of the main routes to and from the club... The snack bar advertised wasn't there, it is a Friday fish and chip van who is trialing just fridays for now, so unable to get any food on site apart from the shop. The shop is good for what you need and reasonably priced. Has all the essentials you need and more... The beer garden was used more by teenagers vaping and drinking. The playground is good for the kids to use, plenty to do and also there is a football section with AstroTurf and mesh to stop the ball getting kicked out.
I think if i was to return it would be at a quieter season, as fleet wood itself is lovely, and there is plenty to do and places to visit around this site.
The staff were also very pleasant.

WOW! What a complete difference, The site was a lot quieter this time round to say it was the Easter holidays. Yet again a faultlessly clean caravan, Nice clean and fresh :) Friendly staff, Visited the bar and beer garden whilst the kids played on the play ground, ideal to keep watch and sit and relax in the sun. Friendly lad who works in the bar too. Laundrette was nice and relaxing, reasonable priced and a few books to read. Overall a lovely holiday thoroughly enjoyed, and cant wait to come back!

One bad night out of our 6 weeks staying here and that was no fault of the park. Absolutely amazing friendly staff very highly recommend staying here

Quiet park which is just what i was looking for
Gold caravan was very clean
Very modern esp with net curtains added privacy
Staff very friendly and helpful
Great acces to local tourist areas via trams and buses outside the park
Will definitely return 👍

Really nice holiday park think the entertainment team who work really hard could do with some extra funding but they really try and involve all the kids

Really enjoyed ourselves as a group of 4 middle aged ladies with no children with us, the staff are fantasic, great club house with entertainment and bingo. Would definitely go back.
The only down side was the air conditioning in certain parts of the club house and nowhere on site to eat or shops within walking distance thats the only reason for marking down.

Staff great and friendly in all departments.

Booked a gold caravan and the best caravan we have been to,will be booking again for sure.
