Kneps Farm Holiday Caravan Park

Reasonable site. The rules around non registered motorhomes, panel vans etc don't actually apply, don't be put off by them.

We stayed 3 night, the site was reasonably busy but by no means full. Facilities wise, there's a handy little shop, toilet/shower block, waste disposal, washing up and laundry.

Unfortunately cleanliness of the shower block wasn't amazing. Regardless to time of day they were below the standard you would expect, particular sinks and toilets.. a quick wipe round a couple of times a day would help. Also contrary to social media posts, not all of the showers are open, a maximum of 50% are open.

The park itself was reasonably quiet, all guests were nice and the regulars offered a warm welcome. Only noise that takes some getting used to us the factory chimney on the nearby industrial estate!

Handy location for walking the dog, lovely footpaths and scenery around.

Spent 2nights in a pod & wasnt sure what to expect. But must admit it was like camping in a luxury tent, being able to watch tv when necessary, electric when required.
The toilets and shower blocks close at hand, which were clean & tidy.
A scullery for washing up.
A launderette if required.
Dog friendly & must be on a lead at all times.
Sampled the ice- cream in the shop which is absolutely delicious and moreish.
Cant fault the staff at all.

Just going back home after 4 nights at the campsite with our touring caravan. Site is well maintained ,with clean toilets , showers . Staff didn’t bother us and we appreciate that as we was there to relax 😁 . Probably we will come back when we plan to visit again Blackpool .

Called at weekend for an ice cream with my husband and got talking to Debbie who with her partner Ron is managing the site. Ron offered to show us around as Debbie was very busy in the lovely site shop we were really impressed at how clean and spacious the area was the lawns were beautifully manicured and the shower blocks were fabulous and spotless will definitely be going back to stay 10/10 Good luck to you both in your new venture x

Currently staying at Kneps Caravan Park, I have to say the facilities are spotlessly clean, to have a full on bathroom with a bath is wonderful for a long stay! They also have a laundrette and scullery and a great little shop and cafe with walling ice cream (this is a must while your here). The staff are brilliant Neil is so help full and always has a smile for us as does Debra in the office! If your looking for a bit of piece and quite in the countryside look no further as it’s so tranquil here, and plenty of walks for the dog 🐶 as well as nice eateries too! Love this site so much, we decided to stay! Deborah, Ron and Neil are so welcoming and friendly you couldn't ask for better! Brilliant location with the country park on your doorstep and gorgeous ice cream (so many yum flavours!) Thank you guys for making this site so great ❤️

We have just come back from here and have already recommended to a few people! Would go back tomorrow! Great pitch size, site is clean and quiet. Alot going on but quiet. We travelled as a family of 5 and a dog. Kids aged 15-3, and all 3 enjoyed it. A beautiful location, great play area! Thourghly enjoyed our little get away! Lovely walk on the tramper trail and the facilities near the estuary are perfect to entertain all! We'll be back soon
