Stayed for 4 nights last week. We was very impressed with our caravan as it was very clean.
Lots of places to visit that are only a short drive away from the park.
The two play areas were brilliant for our child.
We only went for dinner once in the actual park but it was very nice and service was quick.
Kids entertainment was also brilliant and the security guards were very helpful when we asked for recommendations of other places to try for dinner.
Would definitely stay here again.

Tips I would suggest would be to bring fly catchers, as even when we didn’t have windows open we would have flys suddenly appear in the caravan.

Lovely small caravan site in a quiet setting, relaxing atmosphere and no large queues due to the facilities being an adequate size for the amount of caravans.

Absolutely wonderful staff in all areas of the holiday park, very friendly and helpful.

Lack of staff in certain sections, however understandable in the current climate.

The only thing that did spoil the holiday a little bit was the cleanliness in the indoor pool, quite a bit of green algea around the edges and general quite shabby looking. Really could do with better and more regular cleaning and some money being spent on a freshen up of the pool area itself as it's looking quite dated and unloved.

I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday but am struggling to convince the family to return again with the above mentioned issues.

Park dean is a lovely holiday resort, Stayed here many times over the years, The complex is clean and well maintained the staff are helpful and friendly. This caravan was lovely however there carpets are filthy it wasn't hoovered there we're a few crumbs and toe nails or fingernails. I have a little one and hes at the age where he likes to put things in his mouth. I went to reception to ask for a hoover they don't do them anymore. There wasn't a seal on the door neither the toilet seats to say it's been cleaned and so I'm guessing the customers before gave it a good clean before they left.

Nice location and many facilities on the site. Our caravan was a couple of rows from the club area. Very clean and modern caravan with lots of space, very happy. Food was very good but a bit over priced. Overall great place to spend our Bank Holiday weekend, helped by the sunshine too. Would recommend and would go again. 😊👍

We booked cherry tree as a last minute summer holiday, we had no idea what to expect but we loved every minute and will definitely return. Only comment is a few areas could do with being updated like the swimming pool area, changing rooms.
Both our 7 and 3 year old absolutely loved the entertainment and I want to say a special thank you to Tia and Chloe for going above and beyond to get a Sparkle teddy for our 3 year old daughter, it made her holiday.
Food in the restaurant was lovely and the children's play area was perfect. Thank you

A spotless sight with well maintained accommodation. Our hot tub lodge was well presented, warm and very comfortable. We stayed there out of season but that didn't stop the entertainment team doing their best. On site restaurant served good food and drinks are reasonably priced.

We had our best ever holiday here in July 2022. 2 adults + 3 year old + 2 year old. Our caravan was spotless and we felt so lucky, considering we had booked a Sun newspaper holiday. The site has a lovely layout and we hired a family go kart to whizz around on. The pool was a hit with our young children. The pool could do with a refurbishment but it was fine. There was a play park which our children also loved. The site shop had everything you’d expect in it.

We had some fantastic days in Great Yarmouth and a 5/5 holiday. We want to return another year. Definitely recommend.

We love staying in the hot tub lodges here.. entertainment is a bit rubbish, very long winded and drawn out and not interesting unfortunately. My two boys aged 9 and 12 find it very boring in the evening. Restaurant is okay. Good wasn't amazing but it would do, we dont eat in here though. Pool needs a bit of an update. The activities are great when they are on. Overall we like staying in the lodges and like the peacefulness of the site, the hot tubs are worth every penny.
