A lovely little holiday site, plenty for children to do. The caravan was very roomy and clean and in an ideal location for both beach and entertainment. I would have given it 5 stars but felt the booking system for the indoor swimming pool and restaurant let it down. No spaces left for the weekend we were there even though we had tried to use their app weeks before. Also, duvet was heavily stained but did not see this until we stripped the beds prior to leaving.

This holiday park was great, the caravans and surroundings were brilliant. Swimming pool was great just changing rooms could be cleaner and the main area with arcades etc could be cleaner lots of litter on the floors and outside the restaurant area. The facilities overall were great and the staff.
The only thing that dampened our experience was the amount of dog hair in our pet friendly caravan, I understand a little of it as it’s pet friendly but it was a lot to deal with on the sofas the counters and even the bedding. I had to brush and re mop the floors. The smell of dog also was an issue. Apart from that the caravan was ideal for us just the cleaning really let it down and we waited till 6 pm to get into it and it was a real let down on arrival.

Recently enjoyed a three night stay in one of Greenacres bronze static caravans. The site is incredibly well managed and the caravan contained everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Will definitely be returning for some of the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. The on-site shop offers a great selection of chilled wine and beer, at a very reasonable price. Well done Haven!

Great the caravan was lovely 😍 we was right near the sea, a bit of a walk to the entertainment but we didn't mind. Staff are very friendly and entertaining. Entertainment was great 👍everybody loved coming here and we will be back again 😁 unfortunately the chippy on site wasn't open, but we had a papa John's which was great 😁 arcade was fun we loved trying to win tickets and prizes. My kids loved the indoor play area got rid of some of there energy.

We stayed in Elan village apartment. Very clean and comfortable. The only drawback for us was we had to carry our luggage from the car park a couple of hundred yards away from the accommodation. In hindsight when l made the booking l should have asked for
somewhere with parking directly outside as we are both older my husband is 75 and l am 67yrs old. My mistake, not Haven.

Nice place to get away and relax. The show room was brilliant. Certainly one of the better show rooms haven have. The food in the restaurant was a little over cooked most of the time but tasty none the less.
Our caravan was decent but we've had better at other Havens. It felt very unstable with it rocking and rolling whenever anyone walked at one end. Or when the wind is strong. Not had the before in haven caravans. We'll probably stick with Hafan y Mor which is the best we've been to so far

Worst Experience

I booked this holiday, for my parents and their grand daughter, my dad is terminally ill and I thought it would be great bonding time and peaceful for him.

I even upgraded to a Gold standard caravan thinking this would give them a better experience.

To my horror when we arrived our caravan was across from the late night bar and 5 a side pitch.

When I complained and explained the situation that this was probably going to be my dads last holiday, the manager at reception had absolutely no empathy, didn't really care and just said there was nothing available.

Sadly during our time there we had to listen to footballs being hammered into fences and noise from the bar well into the night.

Our view was of the road and 5 a side pitch and not the tranquil serenity we had been led in the pictures.

On top of this as others have mentioned the main building constantly smelled of sewage, the food was generally very poor and expensive.

The amenities look tired and could do with updating.

We paid a lot of money to make this trip special but instead left feeling very disappointed and upset.

I tried to complain several times but then gave up, absolutely no customer care or service
