Liked: I loved everything about this site. From the welcoming and friendly staff to the beautiful views. A very peaceful camp site, no noise and no light pollution so the stars on a night look incredible!!! Easy access to the beach and the walk to town is 25min but along the beachfront so it's a beautiful walk!! Toilets were very very clean and shower facilities were brilliant. There's an on site shop which is well stocked and a cafe/wine bar just outside the camp site. The town is lovely, plenty of pubs with great outdoor seating.

Pitches are large with more than enough room for large tents.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wheelchair accessible walk to the beach - you do have to walk over a level crossing for train line but there are clear signals so very easy to cross

Toilet blocks are good, but are unfortunately slightly far away from one of the tent fields. Not a problem though as there are paths all the way.

Some of the tent fields are also next to the train tracks but the trains are very far between and do not run late at night or early mornings.

We absolutely loved our stay.

Liked: The sunset pod view was absolutely beautiful. The pod was clean on arrival, and well maintained. It’s as it says “camping without the tent”. Great location so close to the beach.

Disliked: I felt the cleaning times for each toilet block was the worst times to do them, and such a long time to close them. It’s the main time most the site would be using them, which meant I had to walk a distance to the toilet when waking, and then queue.

Liked: An excellent very well organised site. Great check in and then someone to escort you to your pitch. Large toilet block. Did not see or use the showers. Big site but you did not feel on top of each other and was certainly quiet. Literally on the beach front and promenade with lovely views. Would definitely return again.

Disliked: Was slightly annoying that the toilet and shower block are closed between 10-12 everyday for cleaning. I appreciate they need to be cleaned though but as I was vacating at 11am meant I could not use the facilities before leaving.

Lovely site with friendly staff. Plenty of room so you're not crammed in like sardines. Clean facilities. Nice and quiet. There isn't an arcade or pub on site but its very close to Barmouth so it isn't an issue. Close to the beach, accross the railway line. We personally love quiet sites so this is perfect for us. The showers are free.

Liked: The site was lovely and clean, with all pitches being very spacious. The shower and toilet block was great. It is next to the beach with a lovely promenade walk into Barmouth. A very convenient shop/off licence was on the site and we had a fantastic few days holiday. Highly recommended.

Liked: What a great site this is. No hassle checking in and close to the beach. A 20 to 25 minute walk along the prom into town. Plenty of room on each pitch. The toilets were spotless. Will definitely be returning next year for a longer stay.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Really enjoyed our break here. Weather during the day was very kind to us. Although it did rain heavy at night.
The camp was clean, tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Barmouth is a lovely unspoilt town.
Will definitely return.

Disliked: Ladies showers closed at about 7 each evening, which l found disappointing.
