Nice Park and facilities that would of had 5 stars but the double mattress in our caravan had no filling left on the springs and the first night I stayed it was very uncomfortable leaving me with a bad back for the rest of the trip sadly also having the gold holiday we expected a better caravan as we usually do in other parts of Wales but this was a very basic with taps spinning round In circles and just generally tatty van which didn't meet a bronze compared to other places we've been.

The chip shop sold the best fish and chips we've had but drinks in the bar/lounge were expensive.

I'm currently on night two of my holiday at the holiday park and I have to say that I have been really impressed with the service and quality of the holiday home I'm in, the staff are lovely and welcoming site area is clean my holiday home is clean and well maintained and they have up to date pat tests on the electrics.
What a clean and tidy mobile home it is, we have fresh bedding comfy beds as I stuffer with my joints and spine I have had no problems. The entertainment is brill loved playing bingo I even won
we got cups, cutlery, plates, bowls etc utensils etc even come by to give us some stuff will be recommending to my family and friends, thank you so much x

The caravan was well equipped and luxurious and the site itself had everything on it to cover all ages! My two little niggles was that when we booked a Splash Pool visit for my grandson, we were not told at the time, that he would need to have an adult with him! We should have been told at the reception when we arranged his time at the pool! The other one was the lack of cubicles and working lockers in the ladies changing room at the pool!

Had a great holiday here. We booked a privately owned caravan which was nice. The site has a park, 3 bars and entertainment areas, a mini supermarket and a chippy.
The beach is right over the road just a few minutes walk and Rhyl centre is just a couple minutes drive away.

We really enjoyed our holiday here! Lots to do for kids, entertainment on until late. Our caravan was perfectly located and can't complain about anything major just a couple of things I'd possibly change (personal preference) such as a brush or small hoover, 7 people in a caravan (4 children) for a few days there was bits all over and would've like to have been able to clean up a bit. People being drunk and loud on the site which isn't the sites fault it didn't really bother me but heard a couple of people complaining. Food outlet being open until later- half 9 is an early close when the bars and entertainment is open until 1am? Also no shop on site sells alcohol you have to buy from bar areas. Again these are just my personal preference and not really complaints as such. We would recommend and return in future our kids loved it!!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Came up North from Cardiff to visit family. Only looking for a place to sleep. Caravan was amazing, 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 single. A toilet and a shower with toilet. Very clean and tidy. Staff were brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Stayed for 4 nights off one of the Sun holiday deals in Sept 2022. Caravan was decent and modern, although the mattress did look and feel like it was from the 90s! The soft play and arcade were great! The kids swimming pool was freezing! Next to it though the other pool was nice and warm, everyone migrated there once they noticed the difference! Shame also the hot tub was closed all week. Honestly for a budget holiday it wasn't bad, wouldn't have paid hundreds though in the peak season! Great base though if you want to use it to go into Rhyl

Rented a private caravan, next to the train line ! Not great that you have to of brought your passes before you can even buy a drink, so on our 1st night they lost out on money especially after covid, wouldn't you want the money ?
Toilets didn't smell fresh, so these need to be inspected more regularly. Security staff rather off putting when we didn't have our band around our wrist, was told we have to have it on our wrist, reception didn't say to put them on straight away.
Nice large amusement arcade. Had to pre book swimming pool 45 min sessions. Water was warm.
Food was only available in the club house, didn't fancy the menu, we had a chinese from the local takeaway on the main road and ate out.
