Haulfryn Caravan Park

Liked: Everything! Lodge was lovely and clean and kitted out with everything you could think of. Lovely quiet site within travelling distance of shops, the coast and some lovely walks. Kirsty was really helpful even popping in to tell us about the local agricultural show in case we wanted to go. The hot tub was brilliant to have to keep the teens happy in the evenings. Would definitely return. My only advice would be to plan ahead if you want to eat out in the local pubs as we couldn't book tables but the nearby town has some great takeaways all listed in a handy info leaflet provided in the lodge.

Liked: Owners were friendly and eager to help and provide information on the area. Useful booklet provided with nearest supermarkets, local sites, emergency contacts. Lodge is a lovely micro home. Would've loved to stay longer as it was quiet and secluded and had the added luxury of the hot tub. We loved staying in the hot tub till late to watch the stars come out.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the lodge was amazing! We was greeted by Kirsty who helped out with questions, tour of the lodge and recommended lots of places and things to do whilst staying here and was on hand with anything we needed. The lodge was very clean with lots to offer inside with everything you can think of… and outside the views, hot tub and location the park itself is lovely and quiet with toilets and washrooms you cannot fault it😊
Perfect place to have a break will defiantly be returning again

Arrived to a very warm welcome by our host, who couldn't have been more helpful, offered advice on places to visit, where to eat and gave us an umbrella in case it rained on our travels. Lovely cabin, with great facilities inside, hot tub very well maintained and beautifully set up with the lighting / cover etc.... only critique is the distance you've got to run from the hot tub to the cabin if you need the toilet or to get another drink - but I would absolutely not let that put you off what is otherwise a perfect getaway location and we will definitely be returning here next year.

Liked: Warm welcome when we arrived so helpful with information of the area, restaurants takeaways ect. The lodge was clean nice and warm with the heating on. The hot tub area was lovely.

Disliked: Love the hot tub area but it's not very private

Liked: Lodge was very clean. Quite site.

Disliked: No privacy at all. To get to the hot tub you have to walk out and around in front of the lodge to get to it and once in it everyone can see you so not relaxing at all. Caravan pitch right at the end of the parking space for the lodge so can see right down into the hot tub area. Personally didn't find the beds comfortable so left after one night as didn't sleep. Owner seemed very friendly to regulars of the site but I didn't feel as welcomed. Showed us to the lodge then came back within 10 minutes to ask if she could go round the back for the serial number of the lodge which I found very strange. Just wasn't the relaxing mini break we wanted.

Liked: Friendly host, so clean, very relaxing, so cosy.. everything was thought off, was warm and so pretty.. and we’re rebooking for deffo to take our kids :-)
