After reading many negative reviews, we were very optimistic coming here. We found the caravan straight away, in the Clwyd area of the park. The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. The site was great, every member of staff we saw were friendly and welcoming. The entertainment staff were great, especially for the children. We ate in the restaurant on two occasions and food was tasty and plentiful and with a wide selection of drinks available. Swimming pool was fine, the water was a little cold however it was ideal considering we were in the middle of a heatwave. Fantastic little arcade too, with a soft play for the smaller children. Thoroughly enjoyed our little break at Brynowen and will definitely be returning in the near future.

We hired a lovely Private caravan up top of site with amazing views. Enough things going on for entertaining kids. Lovely pool with amazing staff. All very pleasant and brilliant with the kids. Looking forward to next holiday at Brynowen

We have just bought a Caravan on Brynowen Park.. and I must say we are impressed with everything. The site it’s self is clean and the staff very approachable, our caravan is at the top of the hill and the view is amazing. Looking forward to lots of memories made here at BRYNOWEN.

We checked out of here this morning and I have to say I'm absolutely gutted to be coming home. Upon arrival we were super pleased with our caravan in the Clywd area, it was spotless and really cosy. We have enjoyed every second, the staff and entertainment are such a credit to Park Dean. We didn't even leave the site all week as we were either at the park, pool, showbar or amusements which provided hours of fun. The kids entertainment was great, the boys loved it, they also went to the Paw Patrol activity at £8 each and they would say that and the Starland Krew were their favourite parts of the holiday. The food in the Boathouse was also great with the kids meals reasonably priced and large portions. We can't wait to come back for Halloween ❤️

Excellent stay at the park. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a problem with the heating system on the last night called out to security and Morgan was very helpful came out and tried his best to fix the problem. As it was coming up to 9pm and boiler wouldn't work he offered us the empty cravan next door to use the shower. He was professional.

This park definitely needs to learn customer service. When we arrived we didn’t know where to park because the cleaners were parked in our allocated space and when we got to our caravan the cleaners were still in their cleaning it (to our shock). Then we went to reception to tell them about this issue and ask them where to park (we couldn’t park next to our caravan and the cleaner was in our space at the time) the ladies at reception were not helpful as they got this 10 year old boy to tell us where to park but instead he told us our caravan didn’t exist. Eventually they found our caravan but said “just dump it on the side of the road”. We finally were allowed in our caravan and were greeted by a big gash in the one of the doors and a broken toilet seat that kept coming off. Besides the caravan and rubbish customer service, the facilities on the park are really good (a swimming pool with a flume, a whole building specifically for the arcade, 2 pool tables, a big entertainment section with some of the best troupers you will ever find and a good bar and lounge area. However the restaurant was disappointing. On our last day of the holiday we decided to go have an English breakfast. However the English breakfast itself is really small (worth buying the mega breakfast) and half the food was cold (the beans, the egg and the bacon was cold and undercooked being very soft). Overall I would say the facilities at the park really saved Brynowen from being a 1/2 star holiday park.

Can’t fault the caravan and place overall. It’s exactly what you’d expect.

My only issue was the service in the clubhouse. One barman and 10 deep queue most of the time. Half hour to get served whilst people stand behind the bar making themselves drinks and check the first aid boxes are stocked. We ate elsewhere everyday and bought two drinks all week. I really think your missing an opportunity here even if it’s end of season.

A really good caravan park. Clean site and a well looked after caravan. Decent amenities and entertainment. Only thing is it took too long to get served at the bar and the drinks were expensive.
