Liked: Staff were very warm and welcoming and available 24/7.
Site is very well kept and there is a large grass area for children to play.
The pool is fantastic and the children really loved it.
Hot and clean showers.
Would definitely come again

Liked: Site is beautiful and very well kept, plenty of space for children to play. Pitches are spacious and well looked after. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Disliked: Not so much disliked, but feel the toilet block could do with some attention. Currently the only one on site so gets used a lot. Would benefit from more cleaning and maintenance.

Liked: Absolutely lovely campsite, staff were amazing, there a little park that our 8 year old enjoyed and met new friends, a little outdoor pool which was an extra bonus. Showers and toilets were nice, although a little dirty but that can't be helped with people walking in and out with grassy feet! Food Was lovely, definitely recommend, and will be back.

Disliked: Little sloppy but was manageable, and lack of elec (there were elec hook up there but no elec).

Liked: Excellent Site with lots for the children to do, play park, swimming pool, bouncy castle and facepaint as a beer festival was on during our stay. All staff so lovely and friendly. Food and drink reasonably priced. Showers and toilets clean, dog friendly.

Disliked: Woken up by noisy couple next door to our tent at 1am, but not the sites fault.

Liked: Pool, park, easy too walk around.

Disliked: Staff, had too shout everytime too get someone too serve you. Then are annoyed because you shouted for them. Dog friendly place but dogs are not allowed inside so when its raining you have too sit outside. Toilets are clean but showers need a deep clean.

Disliked: Pool is freezing. When I raised this they said it was heated to 20 degrees, but there is no way. Other parents saying the same. had to take kids to local pool to get a decent swim. No entertainment at all. I booked for the pool and entertainment, so a big disappointment. Lots of things missing off the menu and drinks run out throughout stay.

Liked: Lovely caravan, site was clean and well looked after, staff were helpful and friendly a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and book again, but a bit earlier in season when club open.

Disliked: Club on site not open, we understand why, not many people on site during week, but it was one of the reasons we booked to be able to have a drink at the end of the day.

Absolutely shocking place to go if you have teenagers. They weren't allowed to breath or bounce a ball without being shouted at despite there being absolutely nothing to do down there for them with no phone signal and very unprofessional, child like staff who need to take some lessons in customer service!!!!!! We were nothing but respectful and courteous to other campers as that is how I would like to be treated however they had nothing better to do than pick on us and have us kicked off site even though we did nothing wrong and for believing only one side of a story. Apparently a couple complained as they went home early because of us however the actual story was they were having a barney in they tent at 1am in the morning, screaming crying and they woke us all up!!!!! They probably broke up and wanted a reason for a refund......However the irony of it was that they refused to give us a refund!!!! Even though we did not cause a scene, we went quietly as it was an awful sight-Was glad to get the hell out of there if I am honest! Going back to the unprofessional staff; we have a recorded audio of the way the staff spoke to the children and have video evidence of a member of staff clapping and skipping to the office shouting they have gone! I am a 40 year old woman with morals and am disgusted with the way we were treated. We spent a lot of money that weekend and cannot believe the way they handled their business! **AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
