Wow, what can I say! We just spent our first weekend on a Seasonal pitch at the amazing Sunnyvale Caravan park, Kinmel Bay. As soon as you enter the site, you are struck by how clean and tidy everywhere is. The staff couldn't be nicer, everyone is so helpful. We put our awning up and had offers of help from at least 6 people on the touring area. Mark is the warden on the seasonal/touring area, he is an absolute asset to the park and couldn't be more helpful. The site is next to the coastal path with easy access to the path from the site. The beach is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. The bar on the site is lovely, we met Bradley the bar manager, they were hosting a fundraiser for Ukraine when we called in, it was great to meet people and have coffee and cake. There are 2 pubs close by that serve food and are dog friendly. A retail park is in walking distance for your shopping needs and Asda is down the coastal path in the other direction, just past the beachfront bar and food trailer. There are static holiday caravans and lodges that are privately owned. (A small number are let by their owners) as well as the well laid out touring area. We will be there as often as we can to enjoy the location and the peaceful setting.

We are on our 2nd season on Sunnyvale tourers it is a fantastic warm welcoming site . We have a wonderful warden on the touring field mark. There is nothing to much trouble . All the other tourers are friendly lovely staff. And general manager highly recommend this site beautiful sunsets. Clubhouse. Right on beach. Ideal position for all amenities

Right next to the beach great for dog walks. Small touring pitch area enough for 49 caravans. Shower block clean. Two pubs 10 minute walk and Rhyl town centre just around the corner

Used to visit every year several times as we owned a caravan here, however since new management we haven’t really bothered to go back as we found them rude especially to my elderly grandparents who owned the caravan, removed a lot of the caravans people owned as they didn’t go with the ‘aesthetic’ of the park and tried to limit people letting friends and family use there caravan for accommodation when visiting, neglected the original custom massively, no regard or loyalties to families that spent alot of time here. Very disappointed as it’s tarnished a lot of a positive childhood memories especially with the recent comments made by the site manager in the sun! Disgusting view of custom, especially when it’s such custom places like this need to stay alive.

Just came back from Sunnyvale Caravan Park. I really enjoyed a stay at this park. Very clean, fully equipped, close to the beach, and what most important - dogs friendly. On arrival we spotted 🎁 for ours four legged. Anyone, who wants to spend time in nice, quiet and friendly place- this park is the great. Definitely come back again. Many thanks
