Possibly the quietest holiday park in the world. There is no pathology because there is nothing to attract the pathology. No spoiled kids shouting and running and even dogs are well behaved as well as adults. We are amazed with this place. Pleasant small village with falls nearby and a forest-used-to-be (currently devastated). Good access to the coast. Very very quiet and very green. So relaxing. You feel like in the middle of nowhere there. Beautiful.

If you want piece, tranquility & down time a must. Be warned not much mobile signal & wifi is a bit iffy. We didnt care it was heaven to get away from it all & just sit back reading a book with a glass of vino listening to the trees russelling in the background. Each chalet is individual to the owner but they are spaciously spread out & privacy considered so your not directly looking into next.

The club house was all closed up as it was end of season but the pool was on the last days of staying open. We had it to ourselves, it was lovely & as it is slightly heated so not cold once your in very well concealed so too.

Cant wait to book again & go back

A quiet, secluded holiday park. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the busy summer holidays.
It has a playground and a basic crazy golf course.
The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.
Plenty of quiet space to relax and listen to the birds happily chirping away.
However, the site claims to have wifi. We had to stand right outside the reception office to obtain a very weak signal.
Also, no O2 or vodafone signal is available.
The bar that they they claim to have was never open during our stay.

We arrived on September 6 and we left on the 16th. A beautiful and quiet place, perfect if you have pets. When we arrived I approached the pool area and I saw that the opening schedule was 9 am to 5 pm, there were A preson working and asked him if he was heated and said yes. The pool was closed from that moment.
I have seen many photographs of the pool with a blue water, far from the reality of a green water full of algae, never cleaned, and has been neglected for months by the look of it..
Cenarth Forest, Entrance is located just outside Penlan Holiday Park, closed too.
Coffee Lounge just like the closed pool, the only open was laundry that was a washing machine and two tumble dryers.
Says it has a shop onsite, bar and game room…It hasn't..
Website is totally misleading..
As for the Park..... Awful…
A great disappointment.

Peaceful, quiet cabin, and lodge park. Just the place to get away from it all and chill. Near to many areas of interest. Features a clubhouse and outdoor pool

Lovely quiet holiday park. We stayed at 'Catkin Lodge' simply amazing. Everything you need well spaced and plenty of green space. Beautiful to sit on the porch whilst having an early morning coffee listening to the birds chirping. Highly recommended.
