The van we were put in was in a load of bushes and that was our view. Brochure said chippers, no chippers been there for years. Club only opens Thursday,Friday Saturday and Sunday so we didn't have access to that. Won't be going again

Caravan was ridiculously clean and tidy when we arrived. We stayed in one of the new ones which was about a 10 second walk to the pool. Was happy to spend a bit of time in the caravan it was so nice. All the staff were helpful and everyone seemed to be working together to keep the grounds and caravan up to a high standard.

What is odd is the choice of not having a little shop on site. There is staff in the office so being able to grab some milk and other bits would save going off site.

Most of the 7 arcade machines weren't working and even the air hockey puck needs a good clean to help it move. I did clean it so it would move better. Again, not sure why that choice has been made to not keep these going. There is a local company that deals in these type of games.

There was by the looks of it a chip shop on site, but again they don't make use of it.

Free money they seem happy to miss out on.

Not to bothered by there not being some sort of club in the evening.

Pool was heated which made it better for little kids. Good way to spend some time.

Would love to know why they don't offer basic things you'd expect for a caravan park. Might not work for their budget or simply can't be bothered.

If they need someone to come sort out some things to make money I'd happily pay another visit :) lots of potential that will make caravan holidaymakers skip the place when choosing a site in Pembrokeshire.

Booked and paid for gold plus grade two bed caravan, instead horrible lady from reception, kind of manager but she is not, let her self to lie, cheat for customers and placed us in silver or bronze grade caravan. So be careful because this might happen to you as well. Not coming back there never again, caravan park, company and town lost tourists/ visitors which main thing is basically lost money.
Very very bad experience which have been caused by caravan park staff.
The Town is amazing though 👍🏻

Used to come to this site every year as a child. Decided to bring my children to enjoy what I had. Park is still the same, although no entertainment anymore. The pool is heated but not covered at night, so has bits floating in it and the bottom has uneven mosaic style tiles and one of my children cut their foot on it . No small shop on site and the bar is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Had a silver caravan, very basic and our oven wasn't working correctly, kept turning off, but leaving the gas on. Took 2 hours to cook sausages. We reported the issue and someone came to look, but said that's what it should do ??! Very small play park, same as when I was a child. Overall great base to explore the beautiful beaches, but value fo4 money feel the site is overpriced for amenities

Caravan was dated ,trim hanging off , kitchen sink melted where hot pans have been left on it kitchen mixer tap loose and couldn't be turned off properly. 7curtains mismatched and didn't reach bottom of windows . Parking was an issue for my lwb van . There was a cracked glass in amongst the pots provided. The bed was uncomfortable . As for the great view yep can't deny this. It was a great view of the conifer hedge
