Relax & Recharge

I've come to rely on my fortnightly massage and reflexology from Zoe which has brought back some calm & balance to my hectic lifestyle.
I started going and was feeling a slightly broken woman with stomach issues and back pain - what started as visit of necessity quickly became one of enjoyment. Everything from the pressure, the focus areas and the choice of oils for that particular day is always spot on. Highly recommend to everyone!

I was sceptical about reflexology when I first went to Zoe to give it a try. However, after my first treatment I felt so much better that I now have monthly treatments that I always look forward to. If I could I would have weekly sessions! A few months ago I extended my session to include a massage and this has also improved my well-being. It definitely helps that Zoe is so good and dedicated to providing an excellent service. She tailors each session to match my needs at the time and I have complete trust in her as a therapist. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reflexology and massage therapist.

I don't normally leave feedbacks but on this occasion, I would like to share my experience about Zoe's aromatherapy massages and Recki treatments.

Zoe is a very friendly and flexible professional.
she immediately made me feel very comfortable and took some time to identify my needs.

Her aromatherapy massages were very efficient and I could really feel the difference after the first treatment.

The recki was extremely relaxing and peaceful. she described me afterwards where she felt the energy which was very interesting.

I would strongly recommend Zoe, she is a genuine nice personv who really cares about her work and the people she is treating.

Zoe's reflexology treatment was amazing. Having recently given birth she made me feel really relaxed and like my old self. I would highly recommend Zoe and cannot wait to book in another treatment.

I've been seeing Zoe for a shoulder injury and she is working wonders with it. Also just had a birthday treat of a 90 minute massage and facial. I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed!!! Zoe is fabulous and I can highly recommend her.

The only problem about having a massage with Zoe is that it becomes impossible to ever go elsewhere. She will intuitively adapt the massage to the client, is incredibly knowledgable and her experience shines through.

Found Zoe’s treatments helpful with my rugby injury on shoulder and legs. Now a frequent visitor for maintenance and highly recommend the reflexology treatments too.

I started going to Zoe for Reflexology and massage when I was 20 weeks pregnant. Every session was tailored to my needs that week, depending on the symptoms I was suffering or the aches and pains I may had gained. The treatments always offered me the relief I was seeking, and having some time out relax my mind was amazing. Zoe is fantastic at what she does, as well as being incredibly kind, friendly and thoughtful. I csnt recommend her enough.
Even now, post pregnancy I continue to see Zoe as the benefits of her work are so clear.
