Carey my colonic therapist was very professional and she made me feel very comfortable during the treatment. Again this is a very personal treatment and the client needs to be as comfortable as possible. This is my second time, I have recommend my friend and she also had a good experience. Will definitely continue. 💯

I had a wonderful hydrating wrap with Adrienne today, she was so welcoming, instantly calming and reassuring but also informative in regards to what to expect. I left feeling "lighter" and completely relaxed. I would thoroughly recommend making a visit but also taking advantage of their recent offer.

It was an incredible experience from start to end. Not only was I thrilled to be fitted in at such short notice, Magda the therapist was so kind and caring and considerate of my needs. She really looked at my being as a whole and wasn’t just giving me a massage, but restorative conversation too. I feel the best I’ve felt for a very long time post massage. I’ll be back for sure! The receptionists were really lovely too!!!

From the moment I arrived, the people I met at reception were very lovely, considerate and funny! And the therapist Carey was excellent, I felt very well taken care of and the procedure was carefully explained. Already booked in for another session and intend to be going regularly from now on.

Magda was the best! She advised me the proper treatment via telephone the day before and took all the time to know me better on the day of the treatment. She really focused on my need (decrease PMS symptoms through reflexology / shoulder stress) and I feel so good. Will definitely go back

I am a regular at this holistic centre since October. I have a massage with Adrienne every 2 weeks. She is such an amazing masseuse, just the right pressure and uses the most incredible oils. She is very knowledgeable and always takes an interest in my well being like how much water I drink daily and my stress levels. The room is very cozy and the massage bed is even heated. Lovely centre with such friendly staff. I would highly recommend this holistic centre and Adrienne.
