“After feeling dizzy, floaty and anxious for many years now, then in lock-down April 2020 I had a accident on my head which made it worse with concussion. Going to the doctors for checks before my head accident and all test were fine, so they suggested medication for depression and mental health. I didn’t want to go down the medication route. After having my hearing checked at Corby Podiatry Plus clinic I picked up Edinas Craniosacral Therapy leaflet and got straight on the phone. From that moment I told Edina the problems I was having and she said she could help, everything changed. What Edina does is amazing and so relaxing I can’t explain it, but after 6 sessions my dizziness had gone and I feel great with a clear head. The biggest thing was my wife saw a massive difference in my well-being and everything I did, just wonderful. I think everyone should go to Edina and try it. I will definitely be going back at some point to get that calmness we all need in our hectic lives. I can highly recommend Edina and Craniosacral Therapy”.

I was recommended by a family member and at first I was sceptical on how big of a difference this could make. I think the feeling for everyone is very personal and therefore varies massively however I’m really glad I took the leap to finally give it a try and see for myself. I know many will feel large changes in sensations, and so did my family member, however the experience was a little different for me. It’s much more subtle but after sessions feel like my emotional mind and my physical body are well aligned, allowing me to make clear decisions and live more harmoniously. I like to keep up on sessions every few weeks now to keep ‘topped up’. Again I think this is very different for everyone. Some may go once a week, and some may have one every few months, but I felt this was best for me. after a couple weeks without a session, I can start to feel my mind and body not quite as in tune and once another session had, I feel stronger, clearer and more present again. It’s amazing how the physical and mental comes as a team, and while I do find my body magically heals itself faster and more efficiently with more sessions under my belt, I actually use this for the mental aspect, allowing me to feel more present with family, and clearer and mentally more powerful at work.
