We had some damp work done which failed months later. They refused to rectify this. I am a building surveyor, and so I know Bentleys are at fault in not doing the job correctly. Dont use.

We’ve just been on holiday to France for 3 weeks, we had a privet hedge that was severely overgrown, and we asked Bentley Builders to remove the hedge, and replace with a new fence line to the property, as now we are older, it has become far too difficult to maintain. On our return we were amazed, and so happy with the work that had been carried out. Steve and his crew had worked wonders, can’t fault it. 10/10

completely revamped my elderly mum's house while she was still there, refusing to move out during the work. Excellent work, quickly and cleanly done, and they were really kind to Mum and respectful throughout. Clearing out of a lot of stuff, plastering, new wetroom, decorating, flooring, landscaping garden and patio all transformed to quote and in agreed time. Heartily recommend

they came to my house to look at damp in my bay window and I wanted a new path laid from front door to pavement. He checked out job and said he would get the quotes done .that was about five or six weeks ago still no quotes.if it takes that long to work out a quote I dread to think how long the job would have taken. If the work was beneath them I wish he would have said at the time. I gave them one star for turning up also you cant post without giving any stars

Disrespectful to neighbouring property whilst on a job. Aggressive labourer yelled at me to go away (on my property) when I asked them to refrain from repeatedly dumping stuff on to my front garden that do not belong to me and knocking over my tender plants under glass cold frame. A simple request, he at first refused saying he needed it out of his way! When I asked again he picked the object up and threw it in an aggresive manner and was extremely rude to me. The other workers in the team found it highly amusing. Very unproferssional.
