Have just had (for us) a large extension built by Bob and Chris and they have done a great job. They and their whole team are professional, hardworking, left everything tidy and secure each night, kept to their timetable and budget. Nothing was too much trouble and some of the suggestions made by Chris were better than the original plans. Bob, Chris and the team completed our kitchen diner extension last summer. The quality of the work is outstanding. It is not the first time we have used Bob; he completed a small utility room extension for us on a previous property around 15 years ago and his standards today are just as high as they were then. They completed the job on-time and to budget and we are delighted with the finished product. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

Bob and Chris have recently completed a large extension on our house. Overall we thought they were fantastic. They were always on site early, their work was to a high standard, Chris was especially helpful, giving sound advice and suggestions and nothing was too much trouble.

Glad we chose them to make the big changes we wanted to our house. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, a spare room and a lovely bathroom where the old kitchen was. They organised all the work including the kitchen fitting, were responsive to our wishes and finished everything to a very high standard. This incuded all the decorating and outside paving. Absolutely delighted with all that was done.

Really impressed with the quality of work and service from Chris and his team. They always started punctually and tied up nicely at end of each day. Bob, Chris and Kev are the crew who have been working on my extension. They are very profession and hard working starting before 8am and not finishing until 4.30pm or 5pm. When they arrive on your premises they are there until the job is finished. Some builders start a job and come back a week later but not these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Nothing is too much trouble. They also clean up each day, as much as they can. Excellent work and trustworthy.

I am so pleased l used Bob forshaw Building Contractors Southport. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I needed my gable end re-pointing, as it was in quite a poor condition.
Chris and Kevin did a first class job, the gable end looks as new. The two are utterly reliable and first class tradesmen.
