Bought microwave 10 month ago and now blown up. Goes back with reciept but because I closed bank account that I used to pay they can't refund and now have to ask my bank to find the transaction! Won't give cash back only a gift card! Useless! Never buy here again

Bit upside down at the moment as they are putting out Xmas stock .

Always a good selection of Christmas ideas and decorations, Bought a few Christmas ornaments and a real tree, just hope the tree is as good as the one we got from the Range last year 🎄it was fabulous and still looked fresh when we took it down in January 🤞🤞

Wanted some out door Christmas ornaments seen what I wanted but non in stock. Why show something you don't have any of 😤

Shelves 50% empty, prices not on products or in right places staff unaware of products sold and what stock is in to top of an already bad experience Stood for about 20 mins waiting to be served with 1 family behind us. Nobody on till customer service shouted for someone, watched member of staff slowly emptying a box of chocolates the snail pace walked to timed and took another 10 mins to open it, customer service was very poor when at till finally no politness from staff he just scanned and said total no manners at all disgusting behaviour will never return and will avoid at all costs politness and customer service skills need massive improvements plus staff awareness of goods

Tolite door lock broken over 2 months now. Other toilet out of order. Store can be good but it is kind of a joke that there is a problem with the toilet in so big shop.

Lots of choice. Sells a bit of everything. Worth a visit. Only complaint is watch the prices. Always being over charged.

Well dissapointed with service.
Been waiting for 45min to get fireworks, end up leaving shop with no fireworks and very pissod off, as been told someone will be with me in a minute...
